i have to disagree on this part. this was more of a vic l then a rekieta l. rekieta lost nothing substantial in the vic case. the money for the case was crowed sourced from rekieta's audience. rekieta make money off the case via superchats, views and attention. the vic lost did not affect rekieta at all. rekieta just moved on to something else. vic ended up having to paying fees to anti-slapp.

i can see a situation where rekieta and vic are having a conversation, and rekieta just mentions the possibility of losing in passing and really emphasis the winning of the case. vic is not a lawyer and i can see where vic thinks to bring the case because, he thinks, he has nothing to lose due to the crowdfunding money, but the reality is, he has his own money to lose if he loses the case. can someone give the tldr about this vic case? specifically what was said between rekieta and vic.
