Honestly this is probably the only way that you could resolve all of the issues. Like can the judge go and consider 9 damn motions in a timely manner? No he cannot.

I will say this automatically benefits Hardin. Russ is a retard who can't think or speak good so doing it live is really really bad for him.

The thing that catches my eye is that it is nearly 2 months away from now. Honestly I'd expect it to be sooner if the judge considered it important. I know deadline for amended complaint is 4-14-25, but that is still 3 weeks.

Well at the very least this isn't a blanket denial of all of Hardin's motions. Maybe this case will be quiet for a while.

Yes, actually a competent judge could have and would have done this years ago. Your first motion. . .it's bullshit. Your second motion. . .it's bullshit.

And then a bunch of

DENIED.

Fucking hell! We gotta wait two months? its the day after Saint Jose's day, but I'm calling out and having margaritas anyway. This is going to be a banger.

It took me a few to really understand what was in here, so I typed it out in bulleted list, here it is if it helps anyone else follow along.

ORDER Setting ZOOM Hearing on Motion:
-228 Defendant's MOTION for Attorney Fees and memorandum in Support pursuant to ECF No. 218.
-234 Defendant's MOTION for Sanctions and Memorandum in Support
-243 MOTION to Reconsider re 237 Order on Motion for Short Form Discovery, Order on Motion to Expedite,,Memorandum Decision, MOTION to Set Aside
-245 Defendant's MOTION to Stay and Memorandum in Support seeking stay of further discovery pending service of First Amended Complaint on two new defendants and resolution of any dispotive motions
-251 MOTION for a Bonded Stay Pending Appeal Re ECF 230 and Memorandum in Support
-253 Defendant's MOTION review In Forma Pauperis Status re 1 and memorandum in Support
-258 Defendant's MOTION TO SCREEN IN FORMA PAUPERIS COMPLAINT re 247 Amended Complaint and Memorandum in Support

All links go to the thread post of the document. On a side note thank you for the hard work of the document posters, but would it kill you to put some text since you cant search attachments? Even just "ECF 228" or something would have helped.

So, what are we supposed to make of this Zoom hearing on... let's see, 7 motions at once?
Scheduling that many at once seems to say to "I want to just clear these all out ASAP without spending much time on any one of them", but if that's the case why did he even bother scheduling a Zoom instead of just going DENIED DENIED GRANTED DENIED?

i bet rusty will say "ok, 6th it is then!"
No, "10th it is then!" You asked for it, Judgey-Boy.

I'll say this was a good call. Preparing to argue so many motions will take ages, and Mr. Hardin also has other cases.

I'll keep that in mind

Can Hardin appeal this?
Why on God's green earth would Mr. Hardin even consider appealing this?

It could completely change the case. Up until now Hardin had been cucked by not actually being able to argue in person. Now he can, and shit wont get glazed over by a judge reading the 500th docket entry in a row.

I, for one, remain positive. It will be difficult on Mr. Hardin, but if he can pull it off, this is looking bright as day.
Just specifically that part where the Magistrate Judge is determining the sanctions.
I genuinely do not understand how you missed this. People have been complaining about the bad District Judge ruling since the District Judge made it - complaining every day in every page.

To summarize, the Magistrate is currently the one good to Mr. Hardin with the sanctions. The Magistrate wanted to consider all the damage Greer caused to Null, and the District Judge overruled him. Now, apparently, the Magistrate is saying that he doesn't give a shit what the District Court ruled, which if true, is good for Null.

It was the district judge that said "fuck it one thousand dollars I guess".

It's going to be great for the magistrate judge to have to see Greer's face and listen to him talk, it's going to do a lot of work for Hardin. Sadly I expect some edgelord to barge into the Zoom call and say some retarded shit before getting muted.
