I've been thinking for a long time, based on the way Phil talks, that Kat has cancer. I've been thinking this for the last 6+ months. It may not be actual cancer, but I do believe she is severely sick and will ultimately die very young. The language he uses when he speaks about her always implies she is weak, tired, and in pain. The way he pauses the stream every time she gets home. She is physically fragile. I'm not entirely shocked by this.

I think Dave read the beginning of the Triple Phat thread on Kiwifarms and then got bored and stopped so he knows that PPP either was or still is religious and was using that as a weapon to try and manipulate PPP to be on his side (which PPP said exactly so in this show). Phil is a like a retarded version of "The Thing" and can only mimic human interaction and got decent enough at it to get friends and not be shunned from social events early on but a decade of isolation in the snort fort has rendered him inept and unable to adapt outside the most surface level mannerisms thievery.

Whenever Phil is extremely vague about something, especially if this is privateside Phil where he'd arguably be more open and vulnerable, I assume it isn't real or, at best, heavily exaggerated. It sounds like it was just another example of Phil sympathy fishing, which is what PPP was previously saying. I could believe she had like the flu at some point and said something along the lines of she felt like she was dying, or maybe she got a checkup at the local vet and they made a passing "if you don't improve your diet, XYZ could happen" comment and Phil ran with it. It might have even been something as small (a phrase rarely heard with Khet) her trying to engage Phil in conversation relating to health and Phil just running with whatever she was saying.

But it definitely isn't anything serious if Phil hasn't made or complained about a single life adjustment. Slight powerlevel, but I've had to care for family members before who had medical issues (and not even like, fatal ones at that) and I'm sure other people have similar experiences...it's not just something you casually do with no schedule interruptions. Phil wouldn't reliably be streaming for hours every day/getting drunk and talking to his boyfriend at 4 AM. I sincerely doubt Khet would be leaving the house at all alone, which seems to be the case if he's going back and forth checking on her. It's exactly what Phil did when his parents were on their deathbed and he had to go out to CT to see them...only to reveal they were perfectly fine and he was just grifting.

While I admit it's not as much of a red flag, but sometihng else to note is that typically with major health issues is a change in diet. Again, it can vary depending on the health issue, but it certainly doesn't sound like Khet is making any sort of dietary changes and Phil isn't preparing special meals for her or anything/she doesn't appear to be making anything special for them, since you know Phil would absolutely make his sick wife still cook dinner for him.

Actually, now that I think about it, if Phil was telling PPP all his dirty secrets and he still used the Jasper lie and not Khet's health when he turned down the paid honeymoon, it definitely makes me think Khet is fine because, if there were a real health issue, he'd use that instead of making up something about Jasper not being able to handle it.

Khet becoming religious though...that feels specific enough to be true. But, again, we don't know to what extent. If it's in relation to the "health scare" it could be something as simple as her saying "I felt so sick I was praying for the fever to go away" or the like. I'm mildly curious about it, but it's also possible Khet has always been vaguely religious and Phil just didn't know/notice because he barely seems to know a thing about Khet.

The prediction of Phil divorcing the fat one was true, but it was Ashton, so maybe the return of the pedophile will be Warski*, after all.

Phil's alluded to her being "stressed" several times. It's the most specific he's ever gotten. Makes me wonder if Khet is just "depressed" and Phil is trying to stretch that into a major health issue. Not to say that I don't think Khet is incapable of having depression, but I could also just see her going to a doctor, saying she's stressed, then getting some meds thrown her way and that's that. I don't think she's like, seeing a therapist or anything like that because I don't know in what world Phil is able to keep quiet about that. Specially if he's having his private dirty laundry aired.

Phil could never capitalize on any opportunity to branch out because he lacks talent, charisma, and a soul. I can’t believe PPP genuinely thought he could be Captain Save-A-Cow for DSP, but I’m glad he finally caught up to where we’ve been for years.

IMO, this was more or less always the endgame. I don't think PPP was ever particularly genuine about wanting to save Phil. I think he was always a project, the equivalent of "can we get the retard/geek to land a date" plotlines in 80's sitcoms. I think KC knew going in that there was no real redemption arc for Phil, but it'd be funny to see how long before he crashes and burns.

I mean, even when they were "friends" and doing Snark Guys, PPP literally had a "grill Phil" segment that was just him subtly shitting on Phil. They were always pushing the envelope, seeing how far they could insult Phil before Phil finally caught on. I think it just went on way longer than they expected and they sorta ran out of ideas so it meandered a bit until hitting this glorious high note.

What's funny is, this is basically what Phil was afraid of with lolcow live and why he didn't want to do it...but he ended up in the exact same place, just without the 50k signing bonus + whatever else he would have earned from actually doing shows. Just more proof Phil is and will always be his greatest detractor.

DSP begging is normal. What I want to archive is him asking people to validate his insecurities. While PPP had 3000 people on an impromptu stream dumping the craziest lore about the creature that is behind-the-scenes DSP, the guy was BEGGING FOR A FELT. Quite literally saying the quiet part out loud. He has begged for a felt before (GUYS LETS FELT THE TROLLS, YES!!!), but begging to spite someone who made 5x his income today just makes him sound extra al dented in my opinion.
