Her parents started a college fund before she was born. Jake did some side work as a carpenter to make sure each kid is well provided for. Because of this, she'll be able to give up her after school job in the local store (she was saving for her first car, mom and dad made sure she learned responsibility then surprised her by matching her savings) and spend the summer after high school volunteering with a worthwhile charity.
