This is all very sad, I had hoped that Philburt and the fat gay Canadian fellow would be friends, and maybe Phil would take advantage of the opportunity to reset.
Unfortunately Phil has decided that's too uncomfortable, and he'd rather escape back to the small, insulated world he's constructed for himself where nothing ever changes.
The dude is in his 40s, I don't understand how he can be this stunted. The leeway of being a streamer has apparently made him decide that because nobody (mommy) is there making him, it means there's no point in ever challenging or examining himself, and he can, in his mind, simply go on with the status quo indefinitely.
It's silly but I am kind of disappointed in him.
I'll admit I believed that he wasn't as lame as he used to be and that if he was given a chance to separate himself from his "lolcow" status that he could possibly be a more normal streamer, but obviously DSP is still very much DSP.
This was probably the last opportunity he will have to turn a corner with his internet presence. If he wasn't able to capitalize here, then that's it.
