I’m considering a job for the police in my city. I am stealth and post-transition but I now live in a southern state. If I make it through to the extensive background check stage, will they be able to see my prior name/gender marker? I have nothing to hide I’m just worried if they see that then that will possibly flag me or they could deny me from there. My birth certificate and everything was done in CA.

Hilarious. I'd have her "deadname" in somewhere between 15 seconds to 30 minutes using entirely free resources requiring no special authorization or login info. She thinks she can hide it from the state. By the way, lady, who did you have to pay a fee to, when you legally changed your name? Hmm...the state. Thought provoking.

Based therapist doing his actual job telling the truth straight to troon‘s face. Judging by post history showing interest in video games and superheroes and mentions of a lesbian pregnancy kink this is a AGP, from Mexico. The AGP is obviously not very happy about not being ‘affirmed’. Troons in the comments say the therapist has ’violated their code of ethics‘, and that this is ‘conversion therapy‘ which should be reported to state medical boards.

So i've been going to this therapist for 3 weeks now, I ended up closing with my last one which was pretty good, so the last 2 sessions with this new guy was pretty good not many red flags, I even opened our first session saying I was trans, but this last one he went off, first I mentioned my dysphoria, and he stopped me and went on about how it needs to be diagnosed, and I just don't like my body, which was the fist eyebrow raiser, after that he recommended some books which by his description sounded suspicious, then he went off confusing gender and sex, saying they're only 2 genders, then he said that I need to accept I am a man, and that being trans was just a whim I'm having, then with the fucking alley oop of saying that sex reaffirming and sex reassignment surgery is mutilation and not operation, AND saying that hormones will change my body (which yeah I know that's the idea) and will alter my brain and cause many complications (which I know), and ending saying Im unhealthy and delusional, I was so damn mad I was grinding my teeth, I tried to explain that he was confusing gender and sex, that I don't want to be a woman, and I am one, that scientifically trans people do exist and all that, but he seemed to just brush it off, so at the end I just paid him (reluctantly) and left, well at least the good news is I wont be coming back and I didnt waste more money on that jackass.

Even the inciting conversation doesn’t sound plausible. Apparently this woman, out of nowhere, decides to describe the ways in which being a woman is expensive to another woman. Who then responds by enviously comparing their lot to trans women, apparently unaware of the trans woman who must logically be right next to them in order to hear them and get his EPIC MIC DROP in before the next sentence.

a bit tmi but i was at the store earlier, and my mind kind of drifted to certain topics and i felt my little guy push on my pants. i kind of immediately freaked out because oh god everyone can see it but then i remembered i only got a two incher and i was wearing pretty thick jeans LOL. im almost a full year on t and that was my first real experience with that sort of thing, which is pretty gender affirming albiet still kind of humiliating even if literally nobody knew
