Taking it at face value, Abilify(aripiprazole) can cause nausea. It would likely feel worse first thing in the morning if she hadn't eaten or had any water.
Depending on when she takes it and if she takes it with food or on an empty stomach, and I imagine its the latter more often because she only seems to eat when she's at therapy or people bring her food, her current medication can cause incredibly painful cramping.
Bpd often pairs with dysregulated eating behaviors, even in people without a diagnosis for bulimia or anorexia. I often wonder if her struggle eating is due to ease of access of food/or lack thereof, self imposed skipping meals to control weight gain/struggle with self image, etc. It's probably a multivariable problem without a satisfying answer.
If her ravings on her social media are true and accurate self disclosures, she is committed to the purge cycle, but with how little she 'binges' I'm a little worried about the damage she may be doing to her digestive tract, she's training her body to immediate shit out everything she puts in it rather than actually digest it if she does chase her meals with laxatives, she doesn't seem to vomit her food up from what I've seen. Her socioeconomic situation definitely dictates her eating habits, she'll happily consume garbage if people buy it or provide it to her, and before she was banned from shoplifting she would go 'shopping' at her local grocery store, but she is too lazy to walk further than that to forage. So for now she survives on what is offered at therapy or what her mother provides her.
While the whole thing is a fucking unmitigated tragedy, I don't know that vomiting isn't worse, hypothetically. Aside from the enamel erosion from stomach acid(losing your teeth at 20 something tends to kill most people's sympathy for you), the risk of Mallory Weiss syndrome is pretty terrifying.
I suspect her body image issues arose primarily from the grooming discords she happily engaged in during formative years. Granted, most girls, particularly in scenarios like hers, struggle with body image issues and I wouldn't be surprised if she took offhand comments from mom or dad meant in affection to heart and built an identity off of them and additionally the places she lurked online were...less than healthy for her limited capacity to understand.
She said her mother used to refuse to feed her. Whether this is another dramatization or fact, I don't know, but I wouldn't put it past someone who left her kid to not attend to basic needs like food.
Unreliable narrator. Good mom? Not by my metric. Trying the best she can with the broken child she has? I'll throw that dog a bone.
Considering the extended history of eating non-food items, I believe her here. Pica isn't exclusive to neglected kids, but it's a super common trigger for it.

Without malice: You're the lorekeeper here, I bow to your expertise. I rolled therapy/medication fetching together because she recently posted that mom gave her a ride to pick up the new meds and dosage changes.
I agree, if she were trying to seek pregnancy-related attention she would try and sneak "am pregnatn" into every sentence she can. Subtlety is not her thing.
I think she would have told the world she had sex before we got to "morning sickness".
