William Barr explicitly told Trump this would be the case, that lawsuits and objections needed to be filed prior to the election, and he didn't listen.

Of course, it's complicated by the fact that what attempts to do so existed before the election also failed.

There's apparently a mythical tiny window of like... 3 seconds or something that a lawsuit could theoretically exist in.

Before the election: "No crime has happened, there's no standing."
After the election: "Too late, no standing."

There were three attempts; before, during, and after.
Couldn't sue before it happened as there was no proof of damages
Couldn't sue while it was happening as there was uncertainty of the final playout
Couldn't sue after because it was done

Yeah, that's basically my remembrance, too, although I didn't remember any attempts right during the election.

That means jackshit if you don't have mechanical control over the wheel when it's direct steering.
I don't remember tesla's cars having indirect steering, i know other manufacturers having that but not them.
I agree we'll likely have them have the ability to do so with cars that have that, and cars with hub motors, but that's not the topic at hand.

Steering means jackshit too when you’re accelerating to 300km/h in your Model S

This is the most retarded attempt at a pepe in a good while. Green jobs are gay jobs.
So why aren’t they doing any of that stuff in the countries and states they control? By this logic housing should be cheaper in California and Ontario than say Texas and Arkansas.

I have identified the reporter who hit President @realDonaldTrump in the face with a boom mic this week while he was speaking to the press on the tarmac. Her name is Danielle Kurtzleben @titonka. She is the newly appointed White House reporter for @NPR and a massive Trump hater and LGBTQ advocate who once suggested during the 2024 campaign that Trump only spoke in Howell, Michigan because it has ties to the KKK. Did she hit President Trump in the face on purpose?

She has previously accused Trump of being pro KKK, and compared his speeches to those of Hitler.

While she was reporting on the only presidential debate between President Trump and @KamalaHarris in 2024, Danielle wrote, “The Vice presidential debate is especially significant because there was only one presidential debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Harris, NPR's Danielle Kurtzleben says. Walz will defend Harris' record. The vice president has only been the candidate for around two months. Meanwhile, Vance might attempt to make up for Trump's widely acknowledged loss to Harris in the presidential debate.” She said Trump “lost” to Kamala in the debate.

Since becoming the new @NPR White House reporter, Danielle Kurtzleben has been very focused on reaching out to trans, nonbinary, and intersex federal workers who have been negatively impacted by the Trump admin Executive Orders.

I'm wondering why this isnt a bigger deal. This seems to be a pretty serious security breach. There could have been ricin on the mic or something

honestly if you look at what people are doing with the ECU in cars the last decade or so i'm sure if you look hard enough someone or some group has come out of a way to remove a lot of the features in these cars people are afraid of, basically making an "unchromium" version of the cars.
I've people do this for 2014 Civics where they take out the infotainment systems and the interior panels just to get a slightly better time on the track. Very cool it was but rather time-consuming to get it all disabled.

But the sad reality here is that most people, so John and Jane Normal, don't want to put up with getting these conveniences taken away for the better of the economy. Make them keep getting these newer, "greener" models every few years that become more and more difficult to fully remove the junk for the ECU and ABS only. They'll just gladly accept it and make these touchscreen removals kinda for naught at the end of the day.

It'll remain as personal projects for those willing to put the time in, as no normal would care enough to do so on their own volition. And since there's no small organization I'm aware of who wants the legislature to limit or ban touchscreens in cars yet, this will remain unchallenged until someone puts their foot down on the federal laws mandating that the screens stay on the dashboard.

Trump is one thing but I’m getting real sick of constantly seeing/hearing Elon’s retarded ass. Billionaire or not, he fits the definition of “lolcow” to a T.
I hear this complaint a lot. I don't see or hear from Elon at all. I see Trump giving daily pressers. I hear from the DOJ and FBI heads. I watch congressmen and senators giving speeches.

The problem isn't Elon, it's you. You are watching things and then getting upset that you're watching them. Change the channel.
