ATTENTION
Special rules for the Destiny thread.
  • Don't engage footsoldiers. Whiteknights do not need 100 responses to every bait post; exercise restraint. Do not give attention to people who join and bomb the thread with negative reactions.
  • Practice harm reduction. Read our prudent poster's guide.
  • Don't write open letters to Destiny. It is very annoying attention seeking behavior. Just write normal posts.

TL;DR:

Deny.
Deny.
Defendant lacks knowledge or information sufficient to admit or deny the allegation in this corresponding paragraph of the Complaint and on that basis denies the allegations.

Continues to assert Pxie gave consent.

"Having a publicly accessible google drive where you share dozens of women's private sex videos with random 17-year old groyper-discord-kittens you're trying to groom is not reckless at all" - Famous pedo lawyer, Andrew Brettler
I can imagine Tiny and his lawyer sitting down to discuss legal strategy and he's wiggling his jaw at a million miles a minute telling him how stupid she is and he wants that included in the filings. His lawyer's trying to tell him this is a terrible idea but he's not having any of it so this was the most legalese way he could do it.

Of course Tiny is trying to get it dismissed, it's right there in the prayer for relief. First item. But that's just pro forma, every defendant prays for that in their answer

What's interesting is that Tiny's high powered lawyer played along with skipping filing an initial motion to dismiss. I can't imagine he would agree with skipping it and only going with including dismissal in the prayer for relief in the answer. If that's what the client insisted... it goes to show Tiny is being foolish (stop the presses!). Because there is no cost to the defendant in going through with both, except a couple of billable hours

If you let anyone record you fucking, you should be doing that with the assumption that it will be put on the internet. Not defending the cocksucking midge, I think everyone involved in this story should die.
>Makes argument virtually identical to the one Destiny and his Footsoldiers are using.
>Not defending him tho.

He wasn't only sending the tapes without consent, he recorded audios of men and women without them even knowing.

Destiny tweeted this clip of himself titled "Billionaires are not the problem." He uses a lot of words to describe supply-demand economics and to tell his viewers to shut the fuck up.

Part of it is that Destiny at least realizes that it's probably a bad idea to whip your base and your viewers up into some kind of anti-bourgeoise frenzy when you yourself are one of them, but to a certain extent he's correct. His point could more broadly by about people and not specific to consumers though. His own life has been replete with bad choices and no doubt there were laws which made several of them illegal, and yet they did nothing to stop him. He's not as dishonest as a lot of others in that regard.

As much as he likes to claim to be part of "the left" he has an obvious lolbertarian streak where the heroin should be completely legal as long as it's properly labeled. I don't know if he arrived at this point because of economic principles he believes in so much as because it allows him to be as hedonistic as he wants and anything bad that happens to someone who associates with him is their fault. No one made them make the bad choices after all.

It's all quite convenient for him of course, but that's true of most people's views which tend to be self-serving as opposed to something that restricts them. Like almost any framework it sounds great in a vacuum, but the people selling the heroin to children are shitty people. Even if you tell people on the sticker that you're going to ruin their life if they associate with you, you're still an asshole for participating in them ruining their life even if it's legally permissible to do so. Unfortunately he's too self-absorbed to ever consider that he should consider what harm his actions may bring to others even if they seem to be a willing participant.

question (sorry if someone has already asked/answered this, but the thread is really long):
If a person privately shares intimate imagery of someone else, is that still considered revenge porn?
Or does the revenge porn charge only fall upon someone who publicly disseminates the imagery?

And is sharing only limited to actually sending intimate imagery to other people? Like what if some guy is out with the boys having a few beers and opens his phone and is like "look at this video of Shaniqua sucking my dick", is that still a revenge porn charge?

I haven't kept up with the case too much but I believe that's what Aaron Imholte just made a plea deal for. Sharing nude images of Nick Rekieta's wife with one other person. Granted it was a state charge (Minnesota) so things may differ depending on location.

I'm a community happenings tourist, and if it's true that he recorded without their consent then that is really despicable.

It is not revenge porn in any case since eepstiny did not leak it with the intent of damaging pxie. It is leaking of intimate depiction, which i don't think is even up to discussion since in eepstiny's response they argue that the case should be dismissed on the grounds that the law was not yet enacted when the supposed leaking happened, which is basically saying "i didn't do nuthin, and if i did the law was not yet counting."

“You see, your honor, this is all just normal behavior for my client. Well— I mean— no, your honor, my client isn’t ‘retarded’ but— well, yes, but— I mean c’mon, just look at him… I mean— yeah, he is probably. But I— well ‘rape’ is a strong term, your honor.”

To be fair that is an extortionate amount. I don't even think she would be entitled to that much even if she brought this all the way to trial and won a Jury verdict.
15 mil according to Destiny. Did he provide any evidence/context to his claims? For all know he could be making shit up to hurt Pxie's image. Also Pxie could indeed be asking for an insane amount in order to reach her ideal amount during negotiations (though in her position I would be asking for 3-5 mil in order to negotiate it down to 1-2 mil)
Pxie had every reason to try and reach a settlement asap. She has limited funds and the longer it drags the longer she has to relive her trauma and suffer harassment inside and outside of the court.
Destiny is an egomaniac (at the very least). He might have settled if it wasn't public. But now that his ego is on the line, he will make her suffer again. His choice of lawyers is indicative of his mindset.
