@Travis Touchdown (REAL) 19 posts, nobody won, but @PositiveMonk got the closest, then me, @Croak & Caw. Then @Cheesy Beavy and @clara, then @Schizoid Wife (as Mitsuba did appear) and then you Travis

Congratulations to @PositiveMonk, the T&H Mitsufan

Average Autistic Girl: You like Ryūtarō Nakamura?

Normie: Um, he's okay.

Average Autistic Girl: His early work was a little too experimental for my taste. But when Serial Experiments Lain came out in '99, I think he really came into his own, commercially and artistically. The whole show has a strange, melancholic atmosphere, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the episodes a big boost. He's been compared to Satoshi Kon, but I think Nakamura has a far more subtle, psychodelic sense of storytelling.

Normie: Hey, Girl!

Average Autistic Girl: Yes, Normie?

Normie: Why are there copies of the SEL manga all over the place? Do you... Do you have a dog? A little chow or something?
Average Autistic Girl: No, Normie.

Normie: Is that a raincoat?

Average Autistic Girl: Yes, it is. In '03, Nakamura released this; Kino's Journey his most accomplished show. I think his undisputed masterpiece is "Yogen no Kuni". An episode so emotional, most people probably don't watch it dubbed. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of helping others and the importance of discovering oneself. It's also a personal statement about the director himself. Hey, Normie!

Girl murders her own hallucination with a revolver

Autistic Anime Girl: Try getting out of the WIRED now, you fuckin' stupid bastard!

You don't win a bet by abstaining from it and then smugly proclaiming yourself the winner because you didn't participate.
The only way to win is to not play, as the old saying goes.
But here, I'll bite.
One of you lovely creatures make her take a really informal Beck test
Guess her true number, not the one she will artificially inflate out of need for attention or downplay out of need to placate her Oppositional Defiance Disorder.
I'll say.... 14-19 range.

Do you speak like a Bloodborne character IRL too?
