Homeless or not, I cannot imagine her using any normal service or facility that might require her to talk or interact with a person face-to-face. She's too volatile.
Mental hospitals don't let you use your own phone. You can use theirs to call people. Maybe Emily's been transferred to a competent one that does this.
I'm pretty sure that she's banned from using the library, at this point. Probably for watching porn on their computers, but I can't really fact check this because she forgot to maintain an webpage that can easily prevent these accusations.

The state hospital might be an actual improvement because she would get more supervision and I think they force you to interact (or at least be in the same area) with the other inmates. She might make an IRL friend.

Already happened before and she got it replaced in about 5 days with a mini-PC for about 500 dollars. Whatever her current situation is, an Internet connection isn't available for her tard posting.

When her previous computer died I'm fairly certain she remained active on Discord as she had that on her phone while her other internet activity stopped until she replaced her computer (might do a brief search through the thread to try to figure out precisely when that was). This time all known accounts have gone radio silent and offline (including Discord) so I'm also leaning towards a complete lack of an internet connection.
I'm more concerned if she actually has an backup of her "evidence" that she'd collected over the years. Because as we all know, she occasionally deletes her socials every now and then. However, I'm wondering how she's holding onto those recordings of her family? Aside from the remote possibility that she's getting them off of Squirrel's repo

Google drive or someone was kind enough to pull data off of the drive of her prior computer and transfer it to the new one. As seen in her "What's on my PC" videos there's obviously a lot of ancient shit that's made the jump from computer to computer, so given how much she seems to use other Google services I'd guess she's probably got a lot of her vendetta material stored on one of her *checks the List* 18 known Google accounts.
It's possible; I haven't exactly gone out of my way to search for her accounts. DeviantArt and YouTube are very impractical to search new uploads for things that might be hers (since Emily tags wildly and inconsistently), and if she's ranting on a new Tumblr account nobody will ever find it without seeing the name being used elsewhere (since there are options to hide accounts from both external search engines and Tumblr's own search); same goes for any new blog she's potentially made. I only stumbled across the Utheria Discord server because I happened to see the animated logo and thought "You know, that really looks like the kind of garbage she produces with AI" and I was right. If Emily's picked a new community/website to upload to then it's unlikely we'll find it, especially if she's also decided on a new username.

If you mean she's on some other platform we are unaware off, I disagree. That contradicts her general behaviour. The attention whore needs to argue with us or else how is she supposed to have her bans reversed and her reputation defended? Combine that with her suddenly ceasing activity on DA, you would expect her to at least delete all posts first because she knows on some level that it makes her look bad. Furthermore, she seems to have abandoned her Discord. The one safe space that is supposed to be her creative perfection as she bosses people around.
Well, she does have an incredibly weak immune system; plus, there's the fact that she refuses to clean up after herself and her cat....
