What if, hypothetically, we had a limbless president? Or Michael J. Fox becomes president? Traditionally, if someone cannot sign something, an aide can sign on their behalf using a power of attorney or a special delegation of authority. So, technically, someone could sign for Biden, but there would have to be a paper trail, otherwise it wouldn’t count. It’s sort of a catch-22. They can’t use that excuse now because the fail-safe is designed to preclude post-hoc presumption of authority.
You can make the argument that a fingerprint fulfills the function of a signature. So if a president is unable to sign, they could autopen and then stamp their thumb on the document as a way to say they are present and endorse the signature. But if your president is at a point they can't sign anything, then you should get a new president.

Someone could have a temporary injury that stops them from signing things for a while. Like if their dominant arm/wrist/hand got broken in a place where their fingers and thumb had to be immobilised for 6 weeks. But you'd probably want to ensure that everything they signed in whatever way they did, was witnessed, preferably on camera, and it was noted on the document that it was signed by autopen/finger print and who the official witnesses were.

Trying to “unpardon” someone is insane, even by Trump standards.

Also note: if the Supreme Court allows Trump to do this, then the next Democrat president can unpardon ALL January 6th rioters and traitors.
If people who were pardoned for crimes sure. If only the "I didn't do a crime but pardon me anyway!" people were nullified then nah. That's a good thing too because "prepardoning" is BS.

Also, anyone complaining about right wring grifters and not the grifting Al Sharptons and their feminist counterparts who gave them 5 decades of content or Democrats themselves for enabling their nonsense to become mainstream is a total retarded faggot who should kill themselves.

Look you faggots, Trump is doing this, get it in your skulls. Tomorrow Bondi is going to start detaining every fucking culprit still in the US, execute extraordinary rendition on those who aren’t, and fucking murder any idiot dumb enough to resist. That includes all the Democrat morons, the press, the fucking ACLU, and every retarded judge that makes even a squeak. Strap in, cook some popcorn, and enjoy the fucking ride because none of us are in control of this fucking pain train!

All they had to do was let Trump play golf with Abe, but instead they pushed the man too far.

Isn't this literally the point of the Vice President's position as well as the 25th Amendment? If the President is incapacitated -- for example, if he's undergoing surgery -- then the Vice President takes control until he's available again.

As an aside, the price shock finally hit Costco in the PNW. Chicken prices per pound have doubled in the past two weeks, from $3.50/lb to $7.01/lb, and I apparently just barely missed a run on the store as breasts, thinly sliced breasts, bone-in breasts, bone-in thighs, etc etc, are all completely gone. Only thing left is boneless thighs: Just shy of $40 for a pack of about 5.5 pounds. Whole chickens are $1.74/lb, however, so it might be time to learn how to butcher my own chicken. Thank god zoomers and millenials don't know about lentils, or I'd be screwed. (Edit: Lentils appear to have increased too, but I can't tell if $2.29 for a pound of lentils is a lot higher than the last time I bought any. I seem to remember it was $1ish when I did.)

Other vittles: Ground Beef is $6 a pound. Beef is $7 to $15 a pound. Pork remains sane, $2.68 to $5 a pound depending on cut.

Trump style just works, it's in front of a crowd, and on camera. For a no arms president or similar, "i want this signed, use the autopen" in the same setup would be perfectly fine.

The whole point is that Biden spent 4 years hiding, basically communicated through his advisors, that bitch jill, the nigger press secretary etc. The few time Biden himself talked it was clear the lights were out up there.

I don't think the VP gets all the president's power when they are filling in. Otherwise, we would have gotten stories of some wild VP pardons when the President is getting surgery done or something. The VP and cabinet can do a vote of no confidence, which would make the VP the new president if the president is actually incapacitated.

If you look at the Wikipedia page for autopen there is an entire section on US presidents using them since ages ago.
I think the only way the autopen argument works is if someone in the administration actually comes out (with receipts) and says Biden wasn't mentally sound or wasn't even aware of his signature being used on things.

I'm guessing though it may be a case of him asking to pardon his own son and being forced or pushed to pardon several other people.

Is there anything in the actual law that allows for pardons to be undone? If not, then it isn't possible.

I appreciate Trump's attempts to try and fix things, but he has to realize that he literally can't just make shit up. That's not how a country of rule and law works.

He also needs to remember just because he believes something to be true doesn't mean it is. Unless he can prove what he is saying, it has no legal validity.
