Trump firing a bunch of inspectors general (literally the people who have been doing what doge claims to be doing for the past 50 years) is disturbing. The IGs are meant to be completely apolitical and usually serve both repub and dem presidents, plus they generally know what the fuck goes on in their respective departments vs Elon who's just a complete retard looking in with zero knowledge of how things work.

If they have been there for 50 years and the fed is still incredibly bloated, DEI nigger hell, clearly they can't or won't do the fucking job and firing them is perfectly justified.

Did you actually think that your argument was good? Do you have brain problems?

Biden can sign things, his Staff cannot, even with an autopen.
What if, hypothetically, we had a limbless president? Or Michael J. Fox becomes president? Traditionally, if someone cannot sign something, an aide can sign on their behalf using a power of attorney or a special delegation of authority. So, technically, someone could sign for Biden, but there would have to be a paper trail, otherwise it wouldn’t count. It’s sort of a catch-22. They can’t use that excuse now because the fail-safe is designed to preclude post-hoc presumption of authority.

With how many dicks Biden had to suck while climbing political ladder, he should be able to write just fine by holding a pen in his mouth

Look you faggots, Trump is doing this, get it in your skulls. Tomorrow Bondi is going to start detaining every fucking culprit still in the US, execute extraordinary rendition on those who aren’t, and fucking murder any idiot dumb enough to resist. That includes all the Democrat morons, the press, the fucking ACLU, and every retarded judge that makes even a squeak. Strap in, cook some popcorn, and enjoy the fucking ride because none of us are in control of this fucking pain train!

Trump has been very clear about autopen use policy (only for cases that don't involve presidential powers or for signing multiple copies of something he already signed) and signing everything in front of witnesses. Presumably this is both to contrast with what Biden staffers did and to make his own actions safe from similar objections.
Shit, I didn't event think about that. It's entirely possible, or even probable, that Trump has been making a big show out of everything he signs because he had insider knowledge about the autopen, and has been planning on doing this ever since he took office. I figured he just liked the attention.

I could absolutely see the left arguing that there's no fraud provision in the pardon executive power. And given how fucking retarded the judges have been in their desperate attempts to stop Trump from doing anything, I could absolutely see them making that statement in as much legalese.
That would just mean that anybody could forge the president's signature on a pardon document and pass it off as real and get anyone off of Federal charges if they wanted. After all, your scenario would mean there's no cure for a fraudulent pardon and all pardons by "the president" are valid.

"I, MarvintheParanoidAndroid, on behalf of President Trump, pardon Edward Snowden, totes for realz, pinky swear."

My take: the Trump administration is pursuing things they know the public will like that will make the establishment (all of it) look bad when it's inevitably blocked or legally challenged. Populist politics. This will also force the SC to rule on a lot of it which will provide the administration more info on their options going forward.

Look at how low the approval ratings are of the Democrat party right now. Directly related.

This was shared, but I think everyone just glossed over it.

They already admitted to using the Autopen to sign things for Biden. Yes, they "delegated the power" to his staffers. But I would suggest they aren't actually allowed to do that.

And one of his theater kid fuckup aides was just deciding what to sign, and no one questioned it because they weren't allowed to.

Literally deciding what the President "would want" without even asking the President.

This came out 3 days ago, and I imagine over the weekend the FBI and SS probably investigated it and found hard evidence.

One of Biden's theater kid fuckup aides was acting as president and signing documents as Biden using the autopen.

That means anything that aide did is fraudulent and invalid.

Remember also that when Biden just randomly endorsed Kamala or Resigned over Twitter or whatever that scandal was (there were a lot, I forget now), it was theorized that it was the Sheboon press secretary doing it because she had control over the twitter account and was a Kamala true believer. (And IIRC, the signature on that was clearly not Biden's.) There's a history of Biden being out of the loop of "President Biden's" decisions, statements, and signatures.

This is pretty much officially a constitutional crisis now. And it's not even 5 AM on the East Coast. Trump dropped this at what, 1 minute after Midnight on Monday morning? Quick, check the Pizza index to see if various NGOs and Political buildings are being swarmed by fedboys and other swamp critters right now.

Trump overruled Biden's pardons.
Trump is easily the best president in the history of this galaxy. Really hope he can modify the constitution or smth to run for president again. And again.

At that point he wouldn't need to worry about political rivals or democrat voters. They'd all unironically vanish by suicide or sudden stroke/aneurysm.

And I'm not even a republican.

The Judges have already declared that any judge in the country can overrule the President via black robed fiat and no one can do anything about it, just absolutely because.

"Anyone is President as long as they can copy/paste his signature" or rather "The President is an administration and thus his administration can sign on the President's behalf" is not that far of a stretch from that. Not in clown world.

You can make the argument that a fingerprint fulfills the function of a signature. So if a president is unable to sign, they could autopen and then stamp their thumb on the document as a way to say they are present and endorse the signature. But if your president is at a point they can't sign anything, then you should get a new president.
