Not the case, it's more of a broad way of Null signaling that said person is entirely unwelcome on the site. @mitsufan (who isn't a pedophile, just retarded) has a red strikethrough, and even though she's now allowed to browse the website under her current account, back then she was banned due to being a potential liability for threatening to sue the site. @Saladfingy05 has it too for trying to make a PA request on Glowie, even though that guy is actually a pedophile.

I'd say that the Michael Alan White OPsec Fail Award is the most suitable category for Alex. If he continues being a cow, then he can be nominated for the ITG award the year after like with Nikolas Talbott.
