Short answer: FUCK NO

Long answer: Buying a gun is a long process even in more conservative states. You need a permit, proof of address, a lack of major crimes committed, and most of all you need to pass a background check. Even if his appearance didn't cause any red flags all the documentation of his freakouts would be more than enough to disqualify him.

If Raxx is competent enough to complete paperwork on his own and not act like a school shooter long enough for the transaction to complete, then yeah. I would believe that a gun store would sell to him. He looks fucked up, but I reckon most of rural America looks fucked up.

Since he's a felon, he could probably regain his ability to own a gun because of Ohio Revised Code Section 2923.14. But he would demonstrate that restoring your rights would not endanger public safety. Obviously this would never happen because he just spouts off "die nigger vitch" in almost every one of his streams.

Even IF he managed to get a gun, I bet that he would only have one shot before his shoulders just explode from the recoil. Knowing him he would either manage to shoot himself in some way. Probably accidental discharge from trying to act like a gangster.

Depends on the country/state. I had to get the license, fill up paperwork, background check and have my fingerprints put in. I dont think he would qualify for a license nor would any gun owner would feel comfortable selling a gun to this goblin. His best bet would be to buy one under the table but that involves money(that he doesnt have) and going to some ghetto(which hes a pussy so he wont) to get a gun that hopefully works.

In Ohio, you fill out a form and get an instant background check. However - gun stores can refuse business for any reason. I think the sub 5', obvious mental case with bad hygiene would get bounced pretty quick. It takes a while to buy, it's not just "walk up, pick gun, leave", the sellers *will* talk to you to see if you pass their bar, and I don't think Raxx could stay sane long enough for the process. A pawn shop would fall into this category, since they'd have their ffl.

A private seller is more the "exchange money, get gun" transaction (they don't need to run backgrounds), but the cops at the area gunshows are hard asses, so they would probably eject him or signal to any seller to not sell to him if they don't want problems.

A random dude on the street? Really slim chance at selling to him, since anyone would probably know he'd roll on them if something were to happen.
