It's *slightly* above 0. But given that this is the Gunt, compare the odds that an obvious alcoholic like Gunt, who has done the same weird things, like revenge calls, retardation, falling asleep on stream, otherwise being obviously intoxicated, compare the probabilities.

What are the odds when the Gunt does every Gunt thing he's always done when drunk off his ass, that he is merely acting in accordance with what he does when under the influence of alcohol, and that THIS SPECIFIC TIME, he was merely experiencing a weird and nearly unknown side effect of another drug intended to stop him from drinking alcohol.

Anyone but a literal retard will realize he was actually just drunk off his ass. He was not experiencing some incredibly bizarre, rare side effect of Antabuse. He just stopped taking Antabuse so he could drink again, then he drank again, and then we saw what we saw.

Edit: just as a side note, anyone that thinks that you cannot drink while on Antabuse, you absolutely can it just makes you sick. You see it all of the time in recovery programs where people will just take the pain so they can drink.

Randy Arozarena is a really good outfielder for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. He is originally from Cuba. When his father died, he fled to Mexico with his mother in a barely floating boat.

Leading up to the 2023 World Baseball Classic (the baseball version of the World Cup), Randy took to social media to pretty much harass the shit out of the president of Mexico to get citizenship because for years he tried to get it and he couldn't. He wanted to represent Mexico in the tournament.

Mexico ended up doing really well, with them facing Japan (eventual winners) and the US facing Cuba. When asked who he was rooting for with the US/Cuba game, his reply was on the lines of, for the first time in my life, I am rooting for Cuba so that we can defeat them the next game.

It was really crazy to see him single handedly drag Mexico deep into the finals.

TLR a multimillionaire MLB all star player had to harass the Mexican government for years to get citizenship but yeah, an unemployed, alcoholic, pill popper is going to pull it off. Lol.

I guarantee the worst part of his day is whatever small amount of time he isn't fucked up, because 25 years of alcohol and drug abuse and 40 years of morbid obesity results in constant physical discomfort at best and actual suffering at worst.

You are somewhat wrong, yes Gabapentin alone will not cause someone to drunk dial people but Gabapentin makes alcohol much more stronger and it can increase the likelihood of blackouts, slurred speech, confusion etc. Gabapentin basically amplifies the effects of alcohol.
Gabapentin is similar to Lyrica (pregablin) which he was prescribed some time ago and that also makes the effects of alcohol a lot stronger (Lyrica I believe is much more potent than Gabapentin)

Both Gabapentin and Lyrica btw amplify the effects of not only alcohol but many other drugs (such as painkillers, benzos etc)

But I'm guessing that during those streams where he was blacking out he was already combining both alcohol and xanax or whatever medications (which also cause blackouts and other shit). I'm curious how honest he is about this shit to his doctors in the first place.

The most likely thing is that he just stopped taking Antabuse/disulfiram a while ago and is now drinking again and combining it with other medications.

Here's what I think Ralph actually did during this "rehab" arc:

• One of his long-time hangers on paid Ralph to go to rehab.
• Ralph takes the 2k (or whatever), goes in to a pharmacy (maybe a doctor) and gets a script for some, maybe several, things to help him not drink or do pills
• Ralph runs off with the rest of money and takes a 2 week siesta, getting shittered off-stream. Locals will speak of these shittered Ralph rampage for ages (La leyenda del cerdo borracho)
• Ralph comes back after 2 weeks, declares himself clean
• At first, keeps the drinking and pills off camera
• Uses the pills a bit to drink less, starts learning the hard way about what happens when he drinks with Antabuse (or whatever else)
• Starts mixing and matching, trying to take more pills to drink less
• The cracks start show as Ralph lacks any support, starts raging in voicemails, IRL streams, getting tossed out of restaurants. (I really wish Juju would drop the voicemails)
• We are here now
• It's going to get worse

and btw depending on the person, taking prescription medication (whether its Antabuse, xanax, gabapentin or whatever) and also drinking a lot causes the most absurdly strong, lengthy and horrible hangovers.
Also some medications have very lengthy half-lives (such as Valium which is 30h+, xanax is 6-12h) so even if you take one and wait a few hours, you'll still get absurdly strong hangovers and blackout etc.
I'm going to guess that he doesn't keep track of when he takes medication or how much he takes at all so its no coincidence he has so many issues.

and just a pro tip: if you take prescription medication and also drink, always make sure you keep a log of the last time you took medication and don't fuck around with it. You can die from that shit.
