The argument I herd is that proceedings like these take years if not decades for the FDA to get passed. The thing is though, TRAs argued that research about transgender people has been going on for decades that has only supported them. Obviously I dont believe this, but for arguments sake lets say it is true, what the hell do the people working at the FDA do all day that it takes decades for them to endorse something that (according to TRAs) has decades of research backing it? How does any work get done at the FDA if something that was supported decades before doesn't get endorse until decades later? I dont work for the FDA but if this is the troon argument then what makes them believe the FDA will at some point endorse these treatments in the next 10 years?

My understanding is that the FDA have already approved hormone and puberty blocking drugs for specific use cases.

Those specific use cases do not cover what the TRAs want the to cover and, as such, these are being used off label with no unbiased scientific study into either their long term safety or efficacy.

As always with these people, it boils down to them trying to use semantics rather than scientific fact.

They literally can't get it FDA approved because there's no actual theory of how it's supposed to work. This is really the most absurd thing about this and why people like Ben Ryan don't go hard enough. What's the fucking theory? Men and women have different amounts of select hormones, therefore changing hormone balance alters your body to the "proper" sex and "corrects" the brain? What kind of nutty shit is this? Well, Tony proved my last post right by claiming this German travel advisory has to do with "tranny safety" because it 100% does not. This video demonstrates for the umpteenth time Tony's "journalism" is nothing but fear mongering. The advisory has NOTHING to do with safety. Once again here is the FULL, as in the ENTIRE statement released by the German Federal Foreign Office:
"Due to an executive order from 20 January 2025, in the future, persons entering the United States must indicate either the gender ‘male’ or ‘female’ when applying for an ESTA or visa; the gender entry of the applicant at the time of birth is relevant here. Travelers who have the gender entry ‘X’ or whose current gender entry differs from their gender entry at birth should contact the responsible U.S. mission in Germany before entry to find out the applicable entry requirements."
Nothing about safety, nothing about travel restrictions, nothing about bathroom bans, nothing about the possibility of violence. This is an administrative advisory to have your paperwork in order. There is a similar advisory for married women to bring documentation proving a marital name change when traveling abroad.
On the other hand, the USA has a level 2 travel advisory for Germany due to the high likelihood of encountering a truck of peace mowing down tourists at Christmas markets and such.
