Hey guys, I'm Nick Rekieta, your host from that thing you liked four years ago.
This was one of the most insufferable parts of his Rittenhouse trial coverage and why I eventually switched to Law & Crime’s commentary-free coverage. He (and others) wanted Richards to object to every other word out of Binger’s mouth.

Nick Rekieta, who as far as I know has never litigated a case that has gone to a jury trial, did not understand that it is not a good idea to piss off the judge with incessant objections. Also, if the prosecution is making a retarded and far-fetched comparison, why the hell would you interrupt? Let the jury see how nonsensical the argument is.

Overall really obnoxious to hear Nick say “I could do soooo much better than this veteran criminal defense attorney who is also a former prosecutor with 35 years of intense legal experience!”

You mean like the retard objected in the CHIPS case instead of letting his veteran lawyer who knows the court handle it?

I'd love to see Nick in court cosplaying as a lawyer one day. He would constantly fuck up.

Once again Nick is incapable of change because he is a pathological narcissist. The average person tells a minimum of five lies a day. A narcissist lies constantly, and really believe some of their own absurd confabulations they concoct in their disordered heads. I've seen some people recently say Nick has admitted he did wrong. Um.... no no no, there is a huge difference between taking accountability and saying sorry, and feeling sorry for yourself. In Nick Rekieta's case it's the latter.
I have yet to see one public post by Nick admitting he hurt his family do to his own selfish actions. And that's the point he won't. He will continue to twist the narrative that he is the victim in all this. "I have body dysmorphia" "I have fill in the blank problem please feel sorry for me" Personally I hope he contracts AIDS when he goes to Pedo-Melt's Hackamania in Vegas in May.

That trial coverage annoyed me because Nick was clearly trashing Rittenhouse's lawyer because they got rid of Robert Barnes. Knowing Nick's track record Kyle would be sitting in a cell block the rest of his life following Nick's advice.

I guess...? You and I have watched far too much STMS. This seems like Aaron hyperbole to me. He LOVED Bob up until about a month or two ago. I think he's just echoing what he reads here.

Bob and Celeste seem like typical affluent retirees, enjoying life and traveling. I reserve "space" for @Not Who You Think 's speculation that they may be boomer swingers, but if they are... they've hid it fairly well, unlike their son.
I have a different take on Bob and Celeste- they're enablers. I won't say they are responsible for the 9 y.o. getting high directly (she was 8 when it happened), but they knew the state of the house, how Nick doesn't pay his taxes (or his tickets), they knew what Aaron and April were doing while Bob and Celeste would babysit, Bob lied for Nick on the stand. They created Nick, and they allow him to continue his bullshit.

I'll agree that the affectations Aaron gave were over the top, but I also guarantee that Nick is an easy mark, and even a simp(leton) like Aaron knew how to butter Nick up. And it works. It worked for Steel Toe, it worked for Energii_Kang and Romaine, it worked for the dealers, it works for any service worker who can read Nick. You tell him he's a special boy and the wallet opens up.

I don't think Aaron wants Bob to be held accountable for Nick, but it's more observing how they've treated their son, and how that's warped his world view. And they say The Little Prince syndrome is a Chinese Affluenza!

Me on the other hand? I'm generally against parents being held accountable for the actions of their kids. But Bob and Celeste continue to do it, they should have some culpability.

Edit to add a correction.

She was eight years old at the time her father Nick Rekieta brought cocaine into the family home and she consumed it under his watch.
"Shows what you know Scandinavian Cuck, The police put those cocaine metabolites in her hair. The 26 grams of cocaine I had in the house are completely and entirely unrelated to the cocaine they found in my eight year old daughters system.

Keep being funny and weird bro. Peace"

Lol so easy to write like Nick.

Just lie and add a 90's wigger peace at the end of the lie.

Edit to Add: He's spoken to God, and they're "good".

In typical Nick fashion, this statement can technically be true, but is not something any remotely orthodox Christian would ever say, and it is extremely unlikely that it’s true for Nick.

“God and I have talked” i.e. “I prayed”
“We’re good.” i.e. “There is therefore now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. (Rom. 8:1)”

Of course, this is extremely unlikely to actually be true because he shows no fruit in keeping with repentance (Matt. 3:8 ) and this is not something a Christian would normally ever think and indeed it is forbidden. (Eph. 2:9)

His ability to arrange words in such a way as to leave multiple interpretations open is probably one of the most annoying traits any person could ever have.

While most appear to be 'good people' and not completely unhinged (they turned in Nick, after all), most of their social media is littered with anti-vax conspiracy (Pfizer, etc), obsessive God-speak, pro-gun, anti-college, and pro-homeschool rhetoric. Their facts are often inaccurate if not fully disputed by objective data. They repost the stupidest sources (BusinessInsider, for example).

I used to think these people were nuts as well. I'm an atheist. I understand how science/data works. I got the vaccine and at least one -- possibly even two boosters.

Today? All bets are off. They lied to us about everything. They lied about the origins of Covid. They sought to completely close down any discussion, regardless of how 'scientific' it was, or how well credentialled the experts who were questioning their policy. They lied about transmissibility and prevention. They had the whole world walking around with pointless paper masks on. They lied about the vaccines -- how effective they would be, and how well they'd been tested. And the people who did all this lying? By and large, it was eminent scientists working at high status med schools and research facilities. They bent over and sucked the state's cock for money and power. And the mainstream media? Those 'papers of record'. They were the propaganda arm of the state. Not only did they not talk 'truth to power', they also bent over and sucked the cock of Big Govt and Big Pharma.

So I get that people start going to dumb sources. When the old trusted sources have been demonstrably lying to you, of course you're going to lose faith in them. People remember Russiagate. They remember Adam Schiff standing in front of the cameras and insisting that he had hard proof that Trump did watersports in Putin's hotel bed. They remember how the media had his on TV solidly for weeks, repeating his lies.

So I don't see people as being stupid because they no longer trust these fuckers. The stupid ones are the people who DO trust them.

Huh? Really? Cos I just totally "Spoke to God" too and all he said to me when I mentioned your name was:

"Lol. Balldo is a total faggot"

I have a different take on Bob and Celeste- they're enablers.
That's a different take?

I thought that was the majority take by now.

Who here doesn't believe that?

Has Rekieta publicly commented on Aaron getting the plea deal of the century?
No. I think he's waiting for it to become official.

Which, honestly, we probably should too. This thing could fall apart in the 11th hour. It's just too funny though.

I wanna believe he's shower calling the Stern's County Attorney daily ("Oh, come on! I said her body was broken, but couldn't you at least make it $100?").

I'm one of those weirdos who will occasionally put on bodycam footage and police interviews in the background while I work. Sometimes they ask "are you sure you don't want a lawyer present?" before questioning. I'm not a lawyer or a cop I don't know why. But they do.
They do that fairly often. Usually they've Mirandized them already off-camera (at least according to the affidavit they file narrating the arrest) but want it on the record in an undeniable way, too. (Or off-tape but video is becoming increasingly common instead of just the audio tapes they used to use all the time.)

That said, I still find Aaron's recounting of events questionable. First because it's Aaron and second because the details, as usual, are self-serving and while Aaron doesn't have the same "he's lying if his mouth is moving and there isn't a dick in it" characteristic of Cuckieta, he does tend to slant things in his favor.

So I think it happened. I don't necessarily trust him on the details.
The lawyer advising that he doesn't need to be there is harder to believe but as this saga has taught us some lawyers are morons.
This is the one I find really questionable. I'm not going to insist this could never possibly happen, but either the lawyer and/or Aaron knew something that made them supremely confident this was going to end up the way it did (and Aaron seemed actually surprised by it so I do not think that), or the lawyer was an idiot. But more likely for some reason Aaron embellished this detail.

The only reason I even give it an iota of possibility is why would you make up something this ridiculous? But even then, "because Aaron is an idiot" would explain that.

Remember when now non-lawyer Cuckieta and Boss Baby Barnes were seething about Rittenhouse's defense because Boss Baby was big mad he got fired from the defense team because they didn't want to turn his defense into some giddy conservalard muh gunz crusade and insisting they were sending him up the river?

Yeah, we remember that. We remember both of you two dumb fucks were COMPLETELY WRONG just like you were COMPLETELY WRONG about your own case. Dumb fuck skelly retard wants to remind us of this?

I feel like God has already written Nick off.

Nick: "I've got no intention of repenting any of my grave sins and want to keep doing them in the future."
God: "OK, you know you'll go to Hell and be tormented in the lake of fire for all eternity right?"
Nick: "Yeah...so we good?"
God: "Sure, you do you."
