Here’s a shot of Tiny’s beard, isolated, it’s just totally fucked up. Apparently this is still better than what he looks like shaved.

Upon seeing beardless pics, it’s like seeing a completely different person, who is somehow even more of a faggot. The easy answer is to shave that stupid chin strap & then shave his right side to match, so of course Tiny hasn’t done that. He’s definitely read some Wikipedia pages about hair loss, though.

She can claim, and be awarded, general damages. None of the relevant statutes prevent that from what I can tell.

General damages for intangible injuries (pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of quality of life, etc.) often dwarf damages for pecuniary losses in tort lawsuits, especially in cases concerning reputational harm.

It'll depend heavily on how well the lawyers argue, how well Pxie does on the stand and the demographics of the jury.

If Pxie sounds like she really has been hurt then that'll play into it.

For example, if she says she has spent money on LSAT tutoring and practice tests but since November has been depressed and had trouble studying/preparing then that can play into it. If she can appear to the jury as a bright young person who could otherwise make it through law school or another high impact job then that will matter.

If you have jury that can either relate to Pxie or relate her to a family member or relative, then they might believe her more that her injury and monetary loss is real. If there are jury members who think she is some gold digger trying to sleep her way into things, then maybe they won't believe she deserves any money. Maybe you have a bunch of males on the jury with uncircumsized anteater dicks who have been laughed at and they believe Steven is the real victim.

Maybe Steven just comes off as extremely unlikable during the trial and the jury goes "yeah actually $15 million seems like the minimum amount of money I'd want if it went public I slept with this freak." They don't even have to really agree with the damages if they just don't like Steven. They can just say fuck this guy, he is paying.

These are all things we can't really litigate on Kiwifarms right now. Go back to a lot of true crime / lawtube trial watch stuff you will see people talk about the demographic makeup of the jury as well as their reactions during certain points of the trial and try to guess how they'll lean.

Thats part of what irks me about how other streamers are treating this situation. The commentary community faggots, who are simply out to make money off of this, are acting like they are great moral arbiters of a wronged woman. The absolute faggots like DeOreo & some guy calling himself President Sunday sit around calling other Tiny orbiters, like that NotSoErudite chick, Ghislaine, as in Ghislaine Maxwell, because she was messaging with Pixie before she filed suit.
