I think/hope will not have that much of an impact. Attorneys have to be pretty good tard wranglers and Brettler's tactics are public knowledge. Pxie's attorneys will have time to prepare for the uncomfortable questions he will ask during her depositions.

Even if Pxie fucks up on the stand, most of the evidence is in Destiny's own messages through self incrimination. They will come in plain text from Discord directly so I doubt their veracity will be questioned. I don't know how Google stores the record of the publicity of a user's drive settings. Any of Destiny's own streams will be used against him.

The best way to counteract his past words would be his own deposition under penalty of perjury, but any lawyer would say to never put the defendant on the stand. If Destiny is adamant about doing this, he will attempt to debate opposing council which would be entertaining but don't bet on it.

If Pxie's lawyers are working on contingency like people suspect, they will propably (rightly) convince her to get the full $2.15 mil as mentioned in the first filing. I don't know how much her lawyer's have seen but a defendant admitting clearly admitting fault makes for an easy case.

Just to be clear, I have the same law credentials as Shteven.

Destiny pulled the trigger, it's all his fault. You can't just launder damages away from yourself that easily by saying it wasn't you who spread it the most when without you the material wouldn't exist.

Yeah, but what exactly is her damage? How can that be quantified in real terms? Did she lose a marriage over this? Her job? Stuff like that is important. From the sound of things the only thing that happened is people saw her nudes. Which is staturorially illegal, and possibly open to a punitive award, but too get more then the minimum which is just a few hundred thousand dollars she will have to demonstrate something tangible

She can show the harassment she's recieved based on the leaks on twitter, aswell as public figures like Andrew Wilson, who has appeared on Piers Morgan, tweeting at her about the blowjob video. Its clearly not just people seeing the videos.

She has spent almost half a decade of her life building herself as a political commentator, this leak has completely destroyed those prospects for her.

Her material got spread much further than it would have otherwise because not only did Destiny leak it, but also Destiny is famous, and the material has probably been seen by thousands if not tens of thousands of people, and will affect her reputation going forward.
There's already cases where people have been awarded over $1 billion in punitive damages although more realistically there are other multi million judgments out there.
If Destiny of all people only ends up paying $100,000 then this would be a massive miscarriage of justice.
I don't know what to tell you at this point if you don't think Destiny is going to get fucked over unless he packs the jury with the most Jewish jurors in Florida and somehow his Zionism makes it into the courtroom.

I believe the idea is that the claim for evaluating damages takes into consideration the potential ability to obtain gainful employment over the course of her entire lifetime, so if she was supposedly going to be a lawyer, a lifelong loss of prospective income from a career in the field of law wouldn't be that far off.

In my opinion, I think it should be destroyed, she is worried that people will see these leaks as her "sleeping her way to the top." And I can understand why she says that, because that is how I and most other people see that. Nowhere on the path of becoming a political commentator does "sucking the dick of a goblin" appear on the list.
