So, all day I've been saying that Donald Trump likely discussed this with Biden first. The crux of Trump's argument isn't that he's revoking pardons, it's that they aren't pardons in the first place. I also largely asserted that he had talked with Biden first and got this whole story from him, and while I still stay that might be likely, this seems to lead me to believe otherwise. It sounds like Trump's DOJ is preparing to go AFTER Biden's crime family. Cutting off aid to South Africa is an additional kek that was already happening.
