Apparently in the hearing today this dumbass judge was screaming at the DOJ, claiming that his authority extends globally, outside not just his district but anywhere. Apparently he fully expected planes that were outside US airspace or landed in El Salvador to turn around and come back to the US because he believes he has authority everywhere. This dude isn't just stupid and arrogant, I think he may need to be committed. Its insane.

Well the under text is: They're not pardons. The President didn't make them. Implying A. Trump can prove Biden didn't know about them. B. Trump knows Biden can't prove he didn't know about them or there's questionable stances for either scenario. Given the Loomer stuff going on, the chance of Biden throwing Hunter and Ashley to wolves is non-zero. (Still rainbow-worthy).

We just don't have enough info I think at this point to definitively say what Trump does or doesn't have on the Bidens.

Well, there is a solution. Biden would have to be subpoenad and deposed. Then asked under oath "did you sign this?". Provided he says yes, that's pretty much it. Not alot Trump can or SHOULD do.

But as others have pointed out, it would also open the possibility for something very funny to happen.
