Going forward the auto pen should have a little needle in it like a glucometer test that pricks their finger and puts some blood in the signature for forensic analysis to confirm the signature involved the president
Or you could just have the president stamp their thumb on it. They have security clearance their fingerprints are on record if anyone challenges them.

Does this mean that Trump could investigate Biden himself since he wasn't pardoned?
Yes he could. But no he won't.

Biden is protected by executive privilege which is he can't be proscuted for any actions he took at the top executive as long as those actions were not done with criminal intent. It would be virtually impossible to prove this (it didn't stop retarded Democrats & the skwad from starting to try against Trump) as the president in question could say "I did this because I believed it to be the best course of the action for the county" and any attempts at fuckery are sunk.
Even if that weren't the case, pretty much any judge in the country is going to toss the case straight out on its merit (or lack there of)

For anyone saying "he's not overturning them, he's nullifying them" it doesn't matter, there is literally no avenue anywhere in any of our foundational documents that allows for anything to happen to a presidential pardon once it has been executed. Nothing can be done to it.

There is absolutely no law on this subject. It would need to literally be built de novo, from the ground up. One would need to establish standing to even challenge something, let along nullify it. Just the issue of standing to even bring a challenge of a presidential pardon would need to be established, and ultimately the SCOTUS would likely have to take it up and decide if standing could be established. If standing could be established, to have even the slightest chance to challenge a presidential pardon one would need to prove that the president didn't actually grant the pardon. You'd need evidence "beyond a reasonable doubt" of a massive conspiracy to issue pardon's that were not granted by the president. Evidence that rises to that level just isn't likely to exist. People don't seem to understand that when a legal pathway doesn't exist you can't just will it into existence. Even the president can't do that. There is an entire process that needs to occur.
The case law already exists in the thousands of "Grandma was too senile to know what she was signing" cases out there. The question is going to be if Trump can prove that Biden didn't/was too incompetent to approve signing the documents.

the fact I don't think he's going to be able to prove a negative doesn't stop him from being able to try

Name 5 things Kamala Harris would have done to fix the economy that Trump isn't doing.

Name 5 ways that Kamala Harris would have worked for the middle class's "best interests" that Trump isn't doing.

You can't, because Kamala Harris's only platform planks were "I'm not Trump" and "I'm a black woman". The Biden administration's policies, which presumably Kamala Harris would have continued since she had no platform of her own, are what led directly to our economy being the shambles that it's in right now. So your "voting against their own best interests" condescending and out of touch argument is moot.

The only rational vote that one could make in the 2024 election was for someone to do SOMETHING other than continue with the status quo. The status quo has already proven itself to be disastrous, so taking a chance on a disaster that we DON'T know makes more sense than voting for the disaster that we DO know. Even if Trump's policies do turn out shitty in the long run, at least he tried, and that's 100% more than Biden or Harris ever did.
She had only one unique thought and that was price controls to fix the problem of groceries exploding in price (durrr, it magically happened the moment Trump came into office, muh eggs)
We would be starving and anybody who complained and trended online for a well thought out complaint would be greeted with an FBI raid at 4 in the morning and getting shot in the face.

After the Epstein files "release" I don't there's much of a plan here. Just Trump using a scatter shot offense to the keep the dems reacting.

Send them scurrying to try and figure if he has any proof or not and panicking that someone talked.
Former Trump voter here. There is no plan. Trump is just insane. He’s tearing up alliances to help support Putin, his supporters have this insane idea that protesting at a Tesla station is terrorism, and the economy is collapsing while innocent citizens are getting disappeared in foreign nations without due process because they’re just brown.

Literally the stance of "even if it was fraudulently attributed to Biden it's still valid."

Amazing. How do you look in black robes? ;)

You laugh but this is done with certain famous people. They have pens that have ink with DNA samples in it so it can be later verified as authentic.

All Trump and his team did was accuse the last day pardons of being forgeries created by Biden's staffers without his knowledge. If that is true, then they will be disregarded as illegitimate like any other forgery. There is plenty of established law in regards to faking legal documents, what is happening is a big deal, but not wholly unprecedented.

Not quite. He said he signed something completely different.

Also, I can no longer download anything from youtube since neither yt-dlp or any of the downloader sites I used work for me anymore.
good Monday morning

That's actually pretty suggestive. If they were authorized, why not autopen them all?
Because Hunter had a metaphorical gun to Biden's head. If it was just another pardon then he would have done it on his last day like the others. Hunter wanted to take no chances with his dad's health declining and jailtime coming, so he forced him to sign a massive blanked pardon early and probably even had him sign it in front of him.

Make the autopen have a fingerprint scanner and require a successful scan to sign?
Then what happens if they hack it or someone recreates the signature on an autopen without a biolock? Just do a real signature or add a thumb print so if anyone has any concerns they can see the original paper and confirm if it was them or not.

It's an analogue version of copy/paste. Would we allow people to copy/paste his signature? No. Of course not.

The Autopen should be banned. We're smarter than this, and people aren't as ethical as they were when it first came out.

Please do
This is almost certainly going to get lost in events but still I will answer with a less abridged version:
Political inauthenticity has always been an unavoidable problem int he democratic system once you go above a certain size. A politician cannot appeal to everyone and nor is it possible for any one human to care for literally thousands of people as individuals. So, Politicians always tailored themselves to where they were. presenting an ultimately inauthentic view of themselves to the larger public. Still, they were able to be people and be more sincere when they were working with smaller crowds of likeminded people. This ability to occasionally "drop the mask" so to speak usually leaked into their more generic performances to the masses giving each unique flavor and at the same time instilling a base level of honesty.

The internet ruined this.

Now, any moment of honesty would be broadcasted to everyone and everywhere. They could never be candid, or so they convinced themselves, and so must always wear the mask. Eventually, they became the mask. Wholey insincere, a smiling face with nothing behind it, they just -fucking forgot- how to be people. This has only gotten worse with time as well. Each passing decade seeing them become more and more hollow as they buy into their own idea of inauthenticity.

This came out 3 days ago, and I imagine over the weekend the FBI and SS probably investigated it and found hard evidence.
It did not come out three days ago, it was rumored -back as it happened-. Hell I am pretty sure I offhandedly mentioned it once or twice back then. It was well known Biden wasn't signing everything himself and most people assumed he didn't even know about anything other than the Hunter Biden pardon.

Technically I don't think he has undone any pardons.
He is not undoing or cancelling any pardons. The entire premise is that the pardons never happened in the first place.

That is a very important distinction.
This is exactly the argument. not that a pardon is being undone but that -it was never done in the first place-. The paper we have was never actually signed by the President and therefore holds no legal weight at all. It may as well not even exist. This is a thorny thing to do but... Trump may actually have a smoking gun...

Consider the following:
  1. It was rumored well in advance that Biden was not signing these documents himself
  2. It was similarly rumored Biden was not even aware of these.
  3. Assuming 1 and 2, it is -very likely- mentioned in communication between staffers.
  4. If mentioned, then it becomes an easy task to compare when something was signed to Biden's location. If there is even a slight mismatch:
  5. It can not only be argued but it logically follows, it was signed without his knowledge.
The evidence is circumstantial.... but it is solid enough to go forward on if we assume one last thing.
6: The only way to then disprove this evidence, is for Biden to testify under oath is is not true.
And that opens up a ton of worms related to whether he is fit to... or even would.

Since feds are pretty fucking retarded and the ones that went in to politics are even bigger retards, chances are there's emails between their .gov addresses talking about the autopen and using it behind Biden's back.

Hell, did they pivot to Teams like everyone else? Guarantee there's chat messages, too.
