I mean all it really takes is Biden to issue a video statement or signed document (or both) saying all of the pardons were done under his order. If he doesn't do that then it'll make things into a bigger question.
Yes, that would void the entire argument that it was done without his knowledge/instruction/approval.
It is a good thing that there were no combatting factions within the whitehouse that all fought for power and hated eachother.
It is also good that Biden stepped down and exited his campaign of his own choice and it was all 100% amicable and and on good terms ...

Who am I kidding. There is enough bad blood in his administration that they could shoot another elevator scene in The Shining.
Perhaps Biden will see this as a great opportunity to backstab and twist the knife in the fuckers that couped him.

I appreciate Trump's attempts to try and fix things, but he has to realize that he literally can't just make shit up. That's not how a country of rule and law works.
It doesn't matter what Trump can or cannot do, the precedent is set and the dice is thrown. I assume he knows what he's doing and has a plan here.
Personally, I don't give two shits what happens next, as long as Fauci is found dead to a tragic weightlifting accident with two self afflicted gunshot wounds to the back of his head, or is send to prison for the rest of his life.

Ask yourself this: Does some zoomer or millenial theater kid going "I know what the President would want, if he wasn't off on a beach eating ice cream, again, so I'm going to arrange this and sign it for him" match the kind of stupid fucking attitude we've seen from the theater kids that have shoved their way into politics over the past decade?

Cause it absolutely matches my theory of mind of what these fuckers would do, and completely justify doing to themselves.

Zero chance this actually holds up. The president has the power to issue unconditional pardons. Using an electric pen instead of his hand to make the signature makes no difference. Sorry to anybody who wants to see fauci in prison, but remember that whatever power you give to your side, it will be used by the other side when the pendulum swings in that direction
Sounds like Trump is going Sovereign Citizen.

That’s a thing the British version sometimes claim when they don’t want to comply with a court order.
According to them a court order is only valid if the judge signs it by hand, presumably with a quill pen, in wet ink.

LMAO the middle class voting against their own interests for the sake of owning the sub <<<<1% percent of troons that live in the US isn't a good thing lol
Our economy being in shambles should matter more than seeing random Twitter users be upset, I'd think.
Name 5 things Kamala Harris would have done to fix the economy that Trump isn't doing.

Name 5 ways that Kamala Harris would have worked for the middle class's "best interests" that Trump isn't doing.

You can't, because Kamala Harris's only platform planks were "I'm not Trump" and "I'm a black woman". The Biden administration's policies, which presumably Kamala Harris would have continued since she had no platform of her own, are what led directly to our economy being the shambles that it's in right now. So your "voting against their own best interests" condescending and out of touch argument is moot.

The only rational vote that one could make in the 2024 election was for someone to do SOMETHING other than continue with the status quo. The status quo has already proven itself to be disastrous, so taking a chance on a disaster that we DON'T know makes more sense than voting for the disaster that we DO know. Even if Trump's policies do turn out shitty in the long run, at least he tried, and that's 100% more than Biden or Harris ever did.

Too convenient. I want him investigated and I want the truth and I want him to face in court and before the public what he did
Considering that Trump no doubt blames how Democrats screwed him during the early COVID era for his loss in 2020, he might just blow the lid on the whole affair if nothing else out of spite. I hope this is the beginning of a true Punished Trump, not just a meme.

Kamala only needs one thing to fix America... BLACK 👏 GIRL 👏 MAGIC 👏

Also note: if the Supreme Court allows Trump to do this, then the next Democrat president can unpardon ALL January 6th rioters and traitors.
No, because that was Trump's idea and we saw him sign it. We could see he was in control of his faculties.

Biden, on the other hand, we didn't see him sign it and he probably didn't sign it. We also saw evidence that his brain was no longer working, something we've seen no evidence for with Trump.

It's probably just going to set the precedent that you have to be on camera or have witnesses when you pardon people. Maybe you have to pass a mental acuity exam.

What would be even better is if eepy Joe says that he only signed Hunter's.
This is probably why he will pursue every other pardon except his, to highlight Hunter’s pardon. I remember in Trump’s 2016 campaign he did a few things like this, like posting on Twitter about “13% of the population commit 30% of the crime!!!” so the media would have to correct him with the real figure. It’s why “5D chess” was coined to describe his shenanigans.

He has four long years to actually prove that, then lol, but he won't, he conjured up the rigged election lie because he was asshurt that he lost, beaten by Joe Biden. And you believe that lie because you're also asshurt that he lost, beaten by Joe Biden.

btw Trump was the president throughout the vast majority of the COVID pandemic, and the entirety of the 2020 election, he's had access to the government's backend longer than Biden, yet he still hasn't found any proof of this supposed magical "massive cheating apparatus".
"There is some real questionable shit that happened in 2020 from the FBI covering up Hunter's laptop to 3am blue waves and it should be investigated fully" and "And the numbers are too far apart, even if we want to add in fairly wide spread DNC shennanigans, it wouldn't be enough to change the national results, COVID and its effects are more likely than hacking Dominion, the fishing expedition got really gay after a while" are not mutually exclusive thoughts

I am sure there are plenty of TDS psychologists who are champing at the bit to test Trump just to give him a failing grade. Either you're going to get a political enemy testing you or someone bought off who will pass you no matter what.

Sure. But there is a threshold.

Joe Biden would have been charged with a crime but the prosecutor deemed him, "an old man with a poor memory."

If your brain is so broken that you can't be prosecuted for crimes, then you shouldn't be able to pardon.

As we know, Trump's brain is working more than well enough for him to be prosecuted for crimes...considering they did prosecute him.

So, tell that TDS medical professional that his or her job should be to determine whether Trump should be let off the hook for any and all crimes he commits. See what they say then.

Don't forget the BBC, in their rush to prove Trump wrong about his comments about Islamic terror in Europe, compiled a list of all the mass casualty events in the UK that were tied to muslims.
"Trump said dozens of terror attacks over the past 5 years but it was only 23! Ha-HA! Take that orange man!"

The TDS lugenpress always falls for it.

The incoming economic bloodbath once the markets open. Flooding the zone with dumb culture war shit to entertain the beltway news media is his best bet at keeping his supporters from acknowledging how badly he's fucking everything up.
Can't wait for the negotiations with russia to fall through too.
