Beat me to it, so I'll reveal what I have on Matthew Burgess now.

Mathew Burgess, aka Light Chaos, is a cretin who lives in Ellijay Georgia, which is in Gilmer County. His phone number as you can see, is 706-502-0746. He had a Facebook, but has since deleted it. In collaboration with @Most Wanted Banana, he was able to find his Facebook, but we only have a single snippet of it, as I don't have a Facebook, and couldn't view his page. He appears to be a caretaker for his enfeebled parents. He lives with his sister whom I believe is Taylor Burgess. He also has no problem. He's an avid Warframe player, and player and is in the Warframe Discord server, as well as a server for some e-thot, and her legion of simps. Both of these he invited Cyraxx to. As per the leaks, they also play together with a woman, Nicole Jones, who had mentioned she herself has two little children of her own.

The nudes were sent before Kera and Chance became "a couple", I'm not sure exactly where in the timeline the nudes got sent.
