I'm confused: how is the poll result "policy-incoherent"? AOC's proposed policies seem very congruous with the interests of Bobby, and by extension, every Thinker and People That Matter.
What I believe Bob is trying to say is that the poll simply asks which person the general public believes most lines up with their view of what the Dems stand for, not about specific policies in particular. This is a retarded statement because
obviously people are going to have a general idea of Democrat policies based on their values.
It's also not necessarily a
good thing that the general public most strongly views AOC as the general Democrat, considering how much of a colossal retard she is and the general negativity towards the Dems today. Remember, the party is polling at pretty much its absolute lowest in history right now, and a lot of that has to do with listening to dumbasses like her. Bob just wants to get in her pants, so he sees nothing wrong with this.

It's funny the amount of revisionist history leftists will go through in order to pretend they were never supportive of something as soon as the general public turns on it. Political correctness was definitely a term they came up with, and then once people started mocking it, they claimed they had nothing to do with it. Same with SJWs, same with woke, same with DEI, same with every single one of their concepts. As soon as people start making fun of them, they stamp their feet and complain that the public doesn't get it, or leftists never supported it in the first place, or it's all a vast right-wing conspiracy, or any number of excuses. So Bob's argument for why people don't actually follow the overall story is that a couple people he knew didn't immediately realize that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire were playing their original versions of Peter Parker. Not only is this just anecdotal, it's also retarded because that's not a far-fetched assumption. Multiverse shit hadn't really started taking off in the MCU outside of some brief mentions in Endgame, so it makes sense that people didn't immediately latch on to the concept, especially since the marketing was working very hard to avoid even mentioning them. Once word got out, people enjoyed it (until they got tired of multiverse shit but that's another story).
This is seriously the best he has to come up with? He thinks people aren't following the overall story because
sometimes they get details wrong? He sounds like a dweeb mocking others for being fake fans because they didn't know that Captain Superior died in issue #287 of Explodo-Man.

Deadpool vs Wolverine.
As I mentioned before, Bob really has absolutely no idea what the average moviegoer thinks or wants. Cap 4 didn't bomb because it gave the comics nerds all the lore they wanted, it bombed because it looked shitty. Likewise, Deadpool and Wolvering didn't succeed because of "emotional continuity," whatever the fuck he tries to mean by that. It succeeded because it was the only MCU capeshit to come out that year, it was a sequel to a popular series that many thought would have been killed off by the Disney/Fox merger (and still managed an R rating), and it was a nostalgia fest that paid tribute to all the Marvel properties that fell by the wayside under the behemoth of the MCU. In other words, it succeeded
in spite of being a Marvel movie, not because of it.
Thing is, D&W also had verisimilitude with the earlier entries in the series, something that the MCU as a whole is really lacking these days. You don't really get a lot of connection from one random movie to another because, ironically, there are too many links to follow. If you're not keeping up with everything, you're quickly getting left behind. And as more and more of the audience starts checking out, it gets harder and harder for Disney to get any of them to come back.

Bob criticizes the EFAP crew as being dullards with nothing to say for hours, yet he spends every waking hour of the day vomiting his drivel to an audience of nobody. Ironic.
And at least the EFAP guys have an audience, so clearly they're saying things people want to listen to. I don't much care about them, but if their continued existence makes Bobby seethe, I wish them continued success.

MCU fanboys like Bob will never let Black Panther's Oscar snub go. They keep pointing to it as proof that their corporate slop is art, but they're too retarded to realize that the Academy was
never going to give it the Best Picture win. It was a token nomination thrown out to sate the rabid fanboys after they bitched about the proposed "Best Popular Movie" category, too retarded to realize that, if it had been allowed to proceed, then Black Panther would have picked up an easy Oscar win. Instead, it got a pity nomination and nothing else. The fanboys cucked themselves out of a win and continue to seethe to this day. You love to see it.
(By the by, I saw Green Book that year. Despite being pretty much the definition of Oscar bait, it was a decent movie. I'd certainly rather watch it again before I ever put on Black Panther.)
