The problem is that Biden did not sign the pardons at all. They were all signed using auto-pen. Auto-pen is a physical machine that is in the White House that has an arm you put a pen into and it signs a document. Every President has used it since the dawn of forever. Biden was not at the White House at the time. We know for a fact Joe Biden did not sign those pardons. Trump is asserting that Joe Biden also did not know about the pardons and he found out about them when we did. So therefore, they aren't pardons at all. Only the President can issue a pardon.
This was what I (and several others) kept saying when this first broke the other day was that all Biden has to do ('has to') is just say "that was me, carry on, pimp", which is why I don't think the pardons in of themselves are worth fussing about one way or the other. What's really important is how the courts decide who can use autopenning, when, and how (and if the President can authorize anybody to do it, and again; if/when/how). Well, if they decide on that at all.
And like I said, if Biden says he did approve of these and Trump still wants to undo them, then you guys will double down on wanting it anyway. You guys are okay with everything and anything Trump does. That's why people say you're in a cult
They actually tested that one on Mythbusters of all things, they had a moon landing special. I don't remember if they recreated the flag or just pulled a copy out of a museum/archive but they threw it in a vacuum chamber and it started swinging around like crazy. I'm fine with undoing them with the understanding that the same rules apply the other way around. I don't think for a moment anybody would expect the President to unilaterally be able to undo pardons, I expect he'd have to make some kind of a case for doing so (which is where we're at right now). It becomes easier to issue a pardon than to nullify one, but there has to be some kind of a way to do it.
Well that raises the other question. You're right, all Biden has to do is say he issued the pardons and knew about them and this whole thing has weaker legs to stand on. Not necessarily outright eliminating it, but makes it difficult to pursue. However, that hasn't happened yet. Why? On another note, if I'm Trump, why bother at all? This whole claim hinges on Biden not knowing about the pardons. So if I'm Trump, I don't make this statement unless I'm 100% sure Biden didn't know about the pardons AND I can prove it. (Barring any general Trump showman stupidity)

The funniest (but most morbid) outcome is for Biden to currently be in retreat due to health issues, returning to the media with a final joke and his clarity of mind returning he just says "yeah I'll talk about the pardons later this week" specifying nothing one way or the other before kicking the bucket.
