I'm also not sure if he's intentionally being dumb over the argument that's being made of "undoing" the pardons vs the pardons never actually being done in the first place. I don't necessarily buy that argument either, but at least I can see it's an argument to be made, and will need to be arbitrated in the courts somewhere.
