At the end of the day, reported to law enforcement or not. The bottom line is, in my opinion anyway, if you have a server, its almost a hidden responsibility you do to make sure there's no fuck shit going on that can later drag you.
So to avoid that, just don't have a discord.
As for the jules and carrie back in forward. Funny, repetitive but also dragging too much. In my view, you both give shanny attention therefore both are just as guilty.
