I don't care what the documents say I will forever be convinced JFK was taken out with LBJs desire and likely assistance. LBJ was as corrupt as Biden, as forceful as Trump and as dedicated to ruining America as Obama. I think LBJ conspired with others who wanted JFK gone so he could get the spot and usher in gay race centered bullshit to keep the Democrat party afloat since that's what they've relied on since 1969.

You think they'd have really thrown down over Castro getting offed?
Yes. Absolutely 100% if the American military made direct, overt bombing attacks against the USSR's interests. There was a lot more at play in the world than just Cuba.
I knew this would keep happening. Trump does something and activist judges immediately kneecap him. I've been predicting this ever since the Supreme Court's USAID decision.
THERE HE IS!! TRUMP'S STRONGEST SOLDIER!

I guaran-fucking-tee you that if there were actually such page(s) they were incinerated 30-40 years ago.
That's what I was saying myself (I think I used the word 'scraped'). I was entertaining the idea that what we had could even be forgeries in places, and that most of what we had was just going to be feds selling each other up the river in their own way.

Many people in this thread have said it shouldn't be the US' job to help out all these poor shithole countries or whatever...

Look at what these relatively few documents contain: the US government has been engaged in gayops since the beginning of time and has actively tried to interfere and destabilise countries it doesn't like. It obviously still does this shit today and at scale.

The world you see today is the US reaping what it has sowed, completely unchecked for a fucking century. And I get some of the stuff is needed during times of crisis and to prevent wars but the US has built entire propaganda and political apparatuses in foreign countries and has exerted extreme influence and control and the end game doesn't seem to be to make those countries self sufficient.

I can only imagine the shit the USG gets up to nowadays.
This CNN-level moralizing is too much. True altruism isn’t real on the highest levels of geopolitics. Countries don’t have friends, they have interests and they pursue them at their discretion, as best they can. Anyone saying otherwise is a lying retard. The US is pursuing its own objectives as it pleases, and thirdies crying about US hegemony is too rich, as their countries would be doing the exact same if the opportunity arose.

Here's a much more likely and realistic scenario (I don't even know who LBJ is btw):
The CIA was engaged in so many simultaneous and conflicting clandestine programs that one or more of them accidentally got involved in shooting the president. They were engaged in so many gayops at once that they lost control of things and despite their attempts at MKULTRA shit, they just made a bunch of schizo people who rather than trying to enact political change in Cuba/whatever country ended up thinking that shooting JFK was the ultimate solution.

There's 2 million documents with this type of shit for a reason: the CIA was engaged in extreme gayops and it is almost CERTAIN that they had fog of war and a lack of consensus in even knowing what all their little "un-person" and secret MKULTRA projects were doing and where any of them conflicted.

And besides conflict, they wouldn't even be able to tell if any of them were going rogue. Operating gayops at this kind of scale requires trusting chains of hundreds and even thousands of people to ensure shit is being done. And we are talking about the pre-computer era and the pre-modern management philosophy era. The amount of gayops they were doing would simply be incomprehensible for any single person to comprehend everything they were doing at once.

Keep in mind also the extreme latency with communications. It was the typewriter era and shit had to be mailed and people had to fly back and do a debrief and shit. So some unit(s) could've gone rogue for like an entire fucking month before the CIA actually comprehended what was even going on.

There's a name for this problem in computing: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byzantine_fault

it's NSA season!
FBI SEASON!
NSA SEASON!

It's been, like, forty-five minutes. I guaran-fucking-tee you there is not going to be a random page that says plainly "THE REAL PERSON WHO SHOT JFK IS....". It is going to be hundreds of pages of fedboys trying to prove they were here or there or so and so was spoken to and said he didn't say this thing that he actually said. Expect a lot of fed boys subtly snaking on each other or trying to prove who wasn't involved in the assassination. Much of it probably isn't even going to be about that event itself, but rather the entire geopolitical landscape surrounding the Cold War.

A lot of it was also scanned in with dogshit 1960's technology, pulled and reviewed, scanned back in again, several times. A lot of those pages aren't even going to be legible. Also, in a time before modern computers when people were storing things like this in boxes you have to assume the feds at points replaced pages or just straight up doctored them. We couldn't even do modern CSI until, what, the eighties?

If these are just scans we in the thread would have had no real way of knowing about false documents being subbed in, and since what we have are apparently just scans it's not as if we can perform modern techniques to determine if we're looking at are the real deal or phonies (i.e. comparing pages of a single report and discovering one was randomly printed on paper whose material (paper, ink, etc) was newer or not of the same composition as the other pages; something we do for detecting art forgery). That's something you'd have to have the physical reports to suss out.
I’m sure most of this old stuff was scanned into microfilm and the originals destroyed.
