Adapt your reasoning as needed to most hurt the person depending on environment. Considering that even SCOTUS needs a majority to make a ruling, the fact that a single judge can hold up the entire country is a gross imbalance of power that was not the intent of the federal judge system.

I think that the judiciary will be sidelined as a result because it ultimately has no ability to enforce its rulings. Not good for the Republicans in a future Democrat government, but the Rubicon has already been crossed.

They can defund and reset the judicial circuits and put every judge in a cuck chair with a majority vote. They will still be "judges" but wont have a bench.
