That motion is not timely. A ruling on thread-banning would be premature without first having considered lesser sanctions, and those sanctions cannot be considered without first having been fully briefed on any alleged sanctionable conduct. Not only does your motion fail to explain a) how the moving party has been aggrieved by @Debbie Macomber's conduct, and b) why that alleged misconduct could not be remedied through lesser sanctions, it completely fails to articulate any misconduct from Ms. Macomber entirely.

I think a better idea than asking the judge if he's taking bribes is to just mandamus him into a debtor's exam so we can see whether or not he's taking bribes. That way there's a chain of evidence.
