You clearly don’t know what DC is like. DC is a place where the vast majority of people vote Democrat. Everybody watches shows like Morning Joe regularly and takes them seriously. The streets are lined with those signs that say “in this house Black Lives Matter, fauci is a saint, AIDS is a gift, etc”. Whatever the mainstream media says is the gospel truth of the day. Big government’s infinite money spigot is what sustains the economy, and any pause is the equivalent of a paycheck just never showing up in your bank account on your regular payday. The history of the world began with American’s founding, and nothing outside a barely informed American worldview is worth taking seriously, or even noticeable. Organized religion is just a political tool or a method of networking. Sports is the same. Where you went to school informs them of how to treat you.

This isn’t a joke. This is actually what it’s like in DC. They cannot even begin to imagine that outside their little fiefdom, most people live a shockingly different way of life. They do not know, nor do they care to know, that the bases for their entire worldview are not shared by anyone outside a few wealthy urban areas in the country. The reason why they act this way is the same reason why they would look at you like an alien if you said Joe Scarborough is a fake faggot who killed a hot staffer in his congressional office while they were having an affair. Or why they would ignore you—not even know what you’re talking about or why it matters—if you brought up that Russia has what it seriously considers legitimate historical claims on the Black Sea region and the Crimea dating back to Tsarist expansion. Their entire worldview is so alien to most Americans’—both Republican and Democrat—that they can’t help but act this way.

That judge who ordered that plane full of deportee to be turned around and returned to the US is furious that Trump ignored his order.

He is now using a rare power under the War Act to threaten Trump with charges.

Judge Boasberg has order that the DoJ, ICE and the Trump WhiteHouse answer the following questions before noon Wednesday (tomorrow) or face charges he will file against them using the War Act that allows the US Justice Department to act against "agitators and enemy agents" by issuing direct court orders.

What that Judge wants answered is:

1. Who gave the order to not return the plane to the US after the court order was issued
2. Who was on the plane
3. When did the plane cross the US border exactly
4. Who gave the order to deport these individuals and when.

He's obviously super pissed Trump ignored his order to turn the plane around immediately and wait for him (the judge) to issue his TRO before taking any further actions. IE: This Judge is telling the PotUS that he the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES has to wait for this mid level DC circuit judge to give permission before deporting ANYONE FURTHER.

Holy overreach Batman! This judge is basically saying that the US Judiciary is not co-equal with the executive but superior to it. And that the PotUS has to have the judiciaries permission to act even on matters of Foreign Affairs which was the statute that Trump used to deport these gang members. Yes that right this DC judge is fighting tooth and nail while threaten to charge Trump as a "enemy agent" for deporting a bunch of drug dealing Colombian gang-bangers. Sweet Jesus could the Lefties not pick a better hill to die on? I'm totes sure the average Joe is going to be over joyed to hear some Obongo Judge ordered Trump to return and set lose a bunch of M13 gang members.

hmmmm a whole bunch of NGO's whose Trump EO divested of funds is now suing Citibank for that money and has asked for an emergency order this morning.

They are suing for 25 BILLION in funds from Citibank due to them (Citibank) refusing to release said funds. Citibank of course is saying they cannot release these funds as per Trump as the funds have been transferred back to the EPA.

From the latest reporting this case landed before Judge Chutkin of the DC circuit (of fucking course, how can all these cases land on her docket?) You'll remember Chutkin from all the other crazy stuff she's done both during the Trump trials and of course trying to get the money spigot turned back on for all her Democrat friends over the last few weeks.

So of course she has now ruled that Citibank has to release these funds to the NGO's as "Trump and his EPA did not use the proper Federal Regulations Procedure to cancel all these grants" and now Citibank has to turn over 25 BILLION dollars that Biden's EPA agreed to pay out like NOW. TODAY by midnight to be exact.

FUCK this bitch, really. This is not even the proper court to contest government contracts but she's ignore that and ruling that Citibank has to turn over 25 BILLION dollars by midnight tonight to these 6 NGO's. That's around 5 BILLION dollars per NGO.

If you've seen any of the videos of hearings for these judges, you'd know that the vast majority (if not all of them, in the case of the videos I bothered to watch) are DEFINITELY activists tied to various NGO's or progressive college orgs before their nominations. The Dems took those smaller court judges seriously and this is exactly why.
