Why do twitter urbanist act as if living in suburbia is literal hell on earth. I like living in a house with garden, I know my neighbors well (enough to give each other keys to our own homes when one of us is absent), I enjoy driving to the store and driving for some weekend event is not difficult too. It's practical and super easy to do things you want to do (hobbies, whatever)

Do something, damn near anything! Talk to the neighbors you have! If you don't have neighbors, you're not suburban, you're rural! Who cares if the neighbors are 60 year old boomers, talk to them!
