I agree that it would have been much worse with Kamala, not just with jeets but with people from every third world shithole out there. However, this does highlight the problem I've had for a long time with most so-called conservatives: The left will say "We should do X" and then these people say "No, we should do X but slower", and I'm very much sick of it. Don't get me wrong, compromise is necessary and I don't believe in purity test nonsense, I'm very proudly wearing my "got exactly what I voted for again" award, but I do think we need to keep pushing on these issues that are important to the long term health of the country. Hopefully whoever comes after Trump will go even further in this direction. We have nothing to gain and everything to lose by having loose immigration policies.
I wish, man. I had to stop working out and running because I developed such terrible asthma after a bad bout of pneumonia. It got so bad I couldn't walk up a couple flights of stairs without stopping to gasp and wheeze and none of the inhaled drugs even took the edge off.
That's a large reason Trump got popular because broadly conservatism was just liberalism driving the speed limit. The same thing but "legally!" or just more easier for normiecons to swallow. It really was this totally gamed, rigged bunch of fucking losers who only existed to do whatever the Democrats wanted but just in a way more palatable for their voters. It's why they hate Trump and MAGA so much, you're not supposed to win or buck whatever consensus says is true, you're just supposed to honorably lose and capitulate over time.

I think this is one of the byproducts of those in charge shoehorning women into STEM as a whole and CS programs. Too many are CS majors simply because they are women and they lack either the affinity or desire (or both) to truly learn the subject mater on any sort of meaningful level.Oh, it's worse than it seems. I deal with people from a local CS course. It is true that, after a lot of campaigning, many universities managed to raise the amount of women in CS from ~10% to ~25%. The thing is, most of them aren't at all interested in programming, compilers, or studying algorithms, and many won't even end up working as code monkeys; they're budding middle managers, carefully cultivated by third wave feminist propaganda into studying something they often dislike or don't care about, just to show those stinky boys up by taking over male spaces/reducing the wage gap/being Women In STEM/<insert cause du jour here>.
As long as there are states and other governmental agencies that allow drivers to take their tests in their native language and not force them to learn the English necessary to drive any sort of vehicle safely and properly, this is going to be an issue.

So we either listen to you, live in pods and eat the bugs. We get slop shoved down our throats, get the jab and develop all kinds of off the wall diseases while billionaires fuck off to China. Or, we don't, we keep our standards of living, Media is Made Great Again, and society ignores climate change preachers while people can afford health insurance again (in both ways). Oh, and billionaires get a tax cut.
I want to think it's less complicated than that, and that the unlikely answer is maybe some lampshades are hanging and people realize how utterly ridiculously they're behaving. Probably not true, but, who knows.
