The Trump team sued for election fraud before the election and had tons of evidence. The courts told them they couldn't sue because there was no actual damages yet. They would have to wait until they lost the election to sue. Election happens, they file the day of, then SCOTUS tells them they can't sue. Roberts dismisses it over latches and claiming they have no standing. As it currently stands there is no way you can sue over an election in the US. It can be blatantly rigged and it does not matter. The results will always stand. It does not matter. You cannot sue your way out of a stolen election. Which is not a smart move for Roberts and was incredibly short sighted, but he's a deep state swamp creature. So what do you expect?

That's why in 2024, Trump's teams all tackled the cheating as it was happening. They had their team of lawyers slapping Democrats with lawsuits every single time they tried to do something scummy.
