Brianna Wu / John Walker Flynt - "Biggest Victim of Gamergate," Failed Game Developer, Failed Congressional Candidate

I knew John's campaign was going to fail, I just never would have predicted it would be over weaponizing moon rocks. I'm so glad he doubled down on it too, that was great. I thought after the initial wave of backlash he would just delete it and pretend he never posted it and just scream Gamergate if anyone tried to bring it up. The only way it could be better if it came up in the next political ad John does. "Steven Lynch doesn't care about filthy capitalists flying up to the moon to drop their expensive moon rocks on the hardworking women living in district 8."

The Washington Times! :story:

"We can't allow a moon launched rock gap!" Said no General or Politician ever.....

Newt Gingrich wanted to build a moon base.

Brianna's just worried about Newt having access to deadly nuclear moon rocks, which the moon happens to be covered with.

The whole thing is full of weapons, you guys.

From my Discord chat group, discussing Brianna's tweets.

Everybody knows you need dynamite for an earth-shattering kaboom.

What's next, is Elon Musk going to blow up the ocean?

Oh crap, please don't let that turn into a legitimate damage control option. "I was only pretending to be retarded because Newt was being retarded twenty years ago."

John is still getting destroyed on Twitter right now. It's like a glorious firework that just keeps going off and off.
Never double down or try to run from your stupidity. You should own it but John is an idiot and he cannot stand being wrong or 'mansplained' to.

You know, it's times like this that I really hope the theory of Frank being a conniving behind-the-scenes mastermind are true. Just so I can fully relish the thought of him watching his "genius plan" crashing down like a billion tons of moon rocks
"Oh, God, this is like the best money I've ever spent! " --The Frank in my imagination

This "moon rocks as a weapon" business is about as dense as that "Trans Samus" incident.

In both cases, Wu chose an already shaky at best position, said it in such a way it sounded even more stupid than it already was in concept, then proceeded to try and argue with people who clearly saw the stupidity for what it was then tried to pretend it never happened long after the horse got out of the barn, and managed to be so foolish everyone could all sides could agree despite any other differences it was the dumbest thing they ever heard.

It's like learning from past mistakes is a skill Wu will never master.
