A basic AI search would have informed you that "No, you cannot typically use Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, formerly known as food stamps, to purchase laundry detergent, soap, hygiene products, or baby supplies, as these are considered non-food items."
EBT cash can be used for those items. I see it every day.

If we start expecting them to assemble basic staple ingredients in order to make their own meals at home, we are going to see a lot more ghetto housing burn down.
If you're so retarded that you can't fry up an egg and a can of beans but waste taxpayer money on soda then maybe you deserve to starve, I don't know.
A basic AI search
Because that means it's fact right

Negroes can’t even change their smoke alarm batteries. They certainly aren’t going to figure out rice cookers or bread machines. If we start expecting them to assemble basic staple ingredients in order to make their own meals at home, we are going to see a lot more ghetto housing burn down.
rice cooking is not that hard though? 1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water, 6 minutes for 1 cup of rice, 8 for 2, so on and so forth.

I have seen it with my own eyes. For years. Take your google search and shove it up your ass.

Neither is graduating from high school, not going to jail, not committing incest at disgustingly high rates, not being unemployable, or being a contributing member of civilized society.

And yet.

Where do you live? Because I know for a fact that is not possible, unless something changed recently.

News flash, retards. It is not allowed, but you can. There is nothing in place at the register that stops the cashier from doing it other than "some very stern finger wagging and a fine for your company if we find out about it :tomgirl: ". If you trust the average Shenequah Bixnood to not try this or the average libshit cashier to not fall for their sob story after they promise they won't sell laundry pods for crack money then you are hopelessly naive. You aren't allowed to murder, either, but does that stop some of them?

The only thing in place to stop it from happening is the cashier, and are you really gonna be the one to turn poor Tyrone down at the checkstand while he cries on tiktok about how evil whitey is keeping him down?

Listen, I may not know how rice is cooked, but that doesn't mean I'd know how to defraud SNAP.

Where?

Kentucky, and its not some fraud (that is also common tho). when they swipe their card it gives them the option of EBT or EBT CASH. how much they can spend as EBT CASH depends on how many dependents they have.

There are several different programs that can load benefits to an Electron8c Benefits Card. One of them is SNAP (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program). You can't buy anything but food with SNAP (formerly known as Food Stamps). There are other programs such as TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) that will provide cash to families, which receive federal block grants, but are administered by the STATE in which they are granted, and often include WORK REQUIREMENTS, which rules and requirements vary by state. Nobody is buying laundry detergent and "Baby stuff" with SNAP benefits. Nor would cutting off soda and junk food from SNAP do anything to stop people buying these things with TANF money.

That was parroting a report that was already known back in the day, and didn't really confirm anything that wasn't already known, and was mostly hokey.

Not to mention there are no in situ photos of any of the things pulled from the site, and the presence of things like animal bones isn't surprising when you realize Mcmartin was built on top of an old landfill that would contain items like that.
I'm sure it's just a coincidence that the place that's having a bunch of reports of freaky shit happening in secret tunnels just so happened to actually have tunnels after telling everyone there wasn't any.

Yes, you can. Apparently I need to belabor my point, but per the government itself the only thing preventing SNAP from being used for excluded items is the cashier themselves making sure the items scanned are coded properly. They choose how to code it, and with a wink and a "don't tell anybody!" to poor Daneexuaah they can put whatever they want through it. The government has neither the time nor the resources to pursue every single instance of this happening or audit it in a reasonable fashion, so it's mainly up to the stores themselves who I can tell you aren't going to be the ones to fess up and tell the government they did a no-no and to fine them.

A bleeding heart at the register (or just somebody who doesn't want to get loudly bitched at by some kween) will put those tide pods through. There is, again, nothing in place to stop them from doing this other than the government saying they will tell you that you are a very naughty boy.

I'm fully in favor of investigating EBT-enabled vendors for fraud, as well as Medicare/Medicaid vendors. This was always part of Trump's agenda and is in DOGE's list of things to do.

That has nothing to do with banning unhealthy foods from SNAP, which is an unrealistic goal as I've already explained in this thread.

In light of your unwillingness to even Google the simplest facts about the programs you're railing against and your inability to have a civil discussion, I'm just going to take Sam Hyde's advice right here about people who aren't arguing in good faith and say LOL fuck you, nigger.

He imagines that he's just better than us poors as he places his Doordash order on their new layaway plan.
The only food I get delivered to my house is pizza.

If I want anything else fast food wise, I'll drive myself to the restaurant and get it in person...
