Had surgery yesterday and I'm quite pleased with the outcome. Thought the incision was pretty cool and the result exceeded my expectations so I'm sharing here since no one in my life appreciates the medical gore!

Im a bit over 4 months out from my piv w grafts with Dr Ley. I’ve got some granulation that’s a getting treated by my gp every few weeks but atm the most annoying things have become 1. i really miss sitting on whatever i wanted without a pillow 2. scars in my labia are very ouchy all of a sudden. Particularly on the right where there is a lot of excess tissue. They look normal. Ive been massaging them which helps but I find myself wishing there was more I could do / get relief from.
Which beings me to 2 questions for anyone who wants to answer: 1. how long after a procedure did the (external) scars still hurt, and 2. how long after mtf grs did you unlock sitting without paying for it?
