I believe the reason she's so bald in that screenshot is because she bleached her hair from black to blonde very quickly. If you bleach your hair you need to wait in between bleaching sessions so it doesn't do extreme damage to the hair. Failing to do so and bleaching all of it at once causes hair loss as seen in that screenshot. I made a huge sperg post about it here if you want more elaboration on that.

Banana bread/cake:
225g flour
1Tsp. baking powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
100g granulated sugar
50g light brown sugar
360-400g mashed over-ripe bananas
115g melted butter
2 large eggs
1Tsp vanilla extract
Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt— these are your dry ingredients. Whisk together the bananas and melted butter— these are you wet ingredients. Add the sugar to to your wet ingredients and whisk until the sugar is fully incorporated. Whisk in the eggs one at a time along with a tablespoon of your dry ingredients (this should prevent curdling, if it does curdle, its fine, just keep going). Whisk in the vanilla, and then fold-in the rest of your dry ingredients. Whisk until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated (you really don't need to worry about over-mixing unless you're using a stand mixer). Bake at 350°F/180°C/Gas Mark 4 until a skewer (or knife) inserted into the centre comes out clean (usually about a hour).
Icing:

160g cream cheese
550g icing sugar
120g chopped roasted pecans (optional)
Make sure that all of your ingredients are at room temperature (especially the butter). Whisk together the butter and cream cheese until they are fully combined and the mixture has become smooth and light. Sift in the icing sugar a bit at a time, whisking as you go, until you get the taste and consistency you want (you probably won't use all of the sugar). Wait for the bread to fully cool before icing, then add the chopped nuts on top (just do it, don't be a pussy).

The above recipe will make a small loaf or cake that will keep well for at least a week and be delicious. Bake it in a loaf tin, maybe add a pinch of cinnamon, and call it banana bread, or bake it in a cake tin, ice it, and call it banana cake.
Anisa's bread in dry— there, I said it. Her bread is dry, I can tell just by looking at it. Dry and rubbery on the outside then dry and chewy on the inside. It's supposed to be moist and tender; banana bread shouldn't need a fucking egg-wash. Maybe she's going for some kind of hipster-faggot nonsense where it's not actually supposed to taste good, I don't know...
