Tymon Chic is a Polish fraud scene rapper. Tailz is most likely affiliated with "bramki" community, kids scamming people on auction sites with ready phishing sites and a network of people withdrawing money from ATM's out of these phishing pages. Blik is a Polish payment processor integrated in most banks, it allows you to generate a one time use code that can be used to pay somewhere or withdraw money from ATM's, that's the codes they are hunting for.
He is most likely a Minecraft player too, it's the community that basically formed "bramki" scene, and there is a gigantic overlap of members. 90% of them are clueless kids, and get arrested all the time.
