God forbid a poor person enjoys the hedonistic pleasure of a fucking sody-pop. What an offense to the reluctant taxation of the based MAGA man.

Let's be honest, if they can't move their tax domicile to a minimum state tax residence and utilise aggressive tax mitigation strategies, it was their own fault anyway that Jamal LeSneed is enjoying a peach iced tea on his dime. Shoulda moved with the market, bub.

There’s something to be said about “never interrupt your enemy when he’s making a mistake.” Except, they never see mistakes as mistakes. They think they’re entitled to anything and everything. It’s all so tiresome, says the Chinaman.
I see that quote as how the public would respond to their hubris or if they FAFO.

mutt land living up to its reputation of having the most obese citizenry in the world
We're not even in the top 10 for obesity. Soon we'll be behind El Salvador in prison population as well! What has the world come to!?

Not to mention that if it becomes a right, people will get fatter and die faster.
You say that like it's a bad thing. The faster fatties die, the less cash they take from insurance and medicine. Yet again, my idea of feeding people to death is both ethical and utilitarian!

I'd say my most dearly held radical political opinion is that every person in the US should be quite literally drafted into working at a grocery store or some such similar establishment from ages 16 to 18. That should be the American right of passage, from being a child to becoming a young adult you must go through the infernal hellfire of customer service work.
We'd get the EBT situation sorted out after a week of my new Draft, because that shit changes you. Your soul is transmuted from clay to iron, you grasp the way of the Tao, you have fought your way out of the darkness in order to appreciate light, and you share the ancient primordial pain of dealing with these FUCKING RETARDS with the hundreds of thousands of employees before and after you.

Apparently, a fatwa has been issued to MAGA shill accounts on behalf of BIG SODA to post in favor of keeping soda in food stamps—for seemingly no reason. Some pretty big accounts are involved (and also Ian Miles Cheong, too), and allegedly, they're paying up to $1,000 per shill

I don't know what to say for this, so here you go. Best way to express what is happening.

You assume everyone is only dipping in when they fall on hard times, and that everyone pays into it. The truth is the majority who take never paid in, or take out way more then they ever paid in, and the ones paying in will never take. Further, the ones paying in are having to budget out things like getting a treat because the rising prices of everything but their own paychecks, while those who take get automatic increase and dont have to do without. Work or gruel. And you can pick up the litter on your way to the gruel line.
That's not true at all, actually. It was true mostly in Reagans day but the share of people who don't earn wages and get SNAP benefits is only about 60%.
This sounds bad but remember that this was mid 2023 when the study was published and we had the height of illegal immigration and work visas being issued and local business owners would consistently dodge hiring native citizens. So, this number is actually indicative of a population which largely seeks to work but can't.

Remember, Michelle Obama tried to improve just school lunches, not even all food in general, to a healthier program back in 2011, and Conservatives are still bitching about school lunches having carrot sticks and low-fat dressing in them instead of junk food. Switching over to less fat, sugar, and salt, and serving more fresh fruits and vegetables, has been a wildly unpopular plan amongst Conservatives
You're god damn right I'm still bitching, because the "low-fat dressing" IS the junk food. Might as well be eating twinkies. Carrots? Great! I don't know how you can go on the first half of your rant mentioning the companies sneaking garbage into our food and then in the very next paragraph claim that it's unreasonable that some of these things were opposed. Can't you see how these things that look nice on paper are contorted?

Here's let's look at one of the "better" lite dressings

Ah yes, when omitting water, the largest ingredient, by quantity, is pure cooking oil. We even have some titanium dioxide (banned in the EU, a lot of the world actually) for a brighter white color, and even some of those gums that cause inflammation! Very healthy. I'm sure whatever budget Kraft offering bought wholesale for schools is even better!

EDIT: I'm sorry twinkies, I guess I wasn't familiar with your game? It's certainly no health food, but they actually contain tallow and egg in greater quantity than soybean/canola oil, might actually be marginally healthier than low fat dressing, what the fuck
