Having worked with bariatric surgeons for over 3 decades, I have scale eyes (like Chikara Transformations). She’s NOT 600lbs. I believe at the moment she’s 450 at most, but prior to her surgeries was 500lbs. Her brachioplasty took at least 40lbs off of her frame.

ETA: At bariatric clinics we weighed everyone every time they attended clinic appointments. That’s 30 years of taking height and weight data. Anna is definitely NOT 600lbs.

I'm not disregarding your experience but we have a 500-520lbs Amber here at 5'2 and Anna at 5'10. Anna carries her weight better but I find it hard to believe she's potentially 50-100lbs lighter than Amber. She would have be way smaller looking based on height.


This other woman is 5'8 and 400lbs on the right. The gunt and arms (pre surgery) look about the same size as Anna, but Anna has way more legs and ass. She's got an Amber shelf ass now (curtesy of Reddit). I think she heavily uses filters and makes it seem smaller than what she is





But out of curiosity, what do you believe her weight was at her biggest? Because she doesn't look that far off in recent videos, basing on the lack of neck in her rant videos.

I'm not one of these "zomg Anna is pushing 900" people, but she's wayyyy bigger than she looks here. Anna is at LEAST 450, likely 500+. The most impressive thing about her is her semblance of mobility.

Sometimes I think people don't realize how big she actually is. Anna looks enormously fat and slovenly, but it's even worse than it seems. She not only uses filters and angles to her advantage, but carefully selects scenarios and furniture etc. When we occasionally see her head-on, side-by-side with a normal sized (or even fat) human, or see candid shots she didn't carefully choose, it is always shocking, even to people who've read this thread for years. It's like we all once again realize how gigantic she actually is.

Butter is more dense than human fat, so a pound of human fat would take up more space. So I'm not so sure about "20 pounds off each arm." But let's just say Scamron actually did lop off 20 pounds per arm: okay, just do the math. Look at how much fat is left on her arms. And her upper half is the SMALL part. Look at how gigantic her calves are. And her thighs. Her entire midsection. From the side. The shelf-ass. The webbed neck.
How many of those 20 pound Scamron chunks remain, in addition to the core weight of her buried human body of muscle, bone, and organs? More than 20.

So that would be 400 pounds of fat at least, plus the weight of a human sized person buried inside of it.

Anyone else think the munchie arc is because her mobility has gotten so bad that she can't do the boat trips with young people, or any of the things she was doing before with her travels? She is cruise ship bound on the water and hotel/Disney bound with her trips. The easiest way she can save face and not admit to what she's done to herself is claim many diseases and conditions that limit her, not her limiting herself with the fat she's packing on at an alarming rate.

They can only remove maximum of 8 pounds per lipo if it’s just twilight sedation, plus a couple pounds from the brachioplasty. There’s no way they could remove 20 lbs from each arm. As people have already said butter is not a good representation. I agree with above commenters, she’s most likely above 500.

Let's be generous and say she lost the equivalent of a gallon milk jug off each arm (yes I know milk is more dense than arm fat).
That would be still only be 3.8kg / 8.4lb per arm. Not insignificant, but not 40lb.

Anyway regardless of how much was removed I agree she has to weigh over 500. It’s hard to comprehend by looking at her pics straight on, a lot of weight is carried on her but/ back / belly . When you compare her to objects like the costco chair she couldnt fit in, it gives you an idea.
