He's wage quitting Assassin's Creed: Japanese Lady Edition. He says it's the worst Assassin's Creed game and nobody is having fun, going on a different rant every 5 minutes about how shit the game is. He looks like he's being held at gunpoint.

Yes, Phil that has been the state of gaming for like ten years now, it's either that or letting you control your character walking as they monologue.

My favorite is when he had to find one dude in a small area and he couldn't find him even with the game telling him exactly what zone to go to and even with the X-Ray vision that color codes the exact person you need to talk to and he called it "terrible".

I don't get why he can't say "I'm not having fun and I'm not having support either", like there is nothing wrong with it. Is not like he is ragequitting a game he can't beat, with all the fucking help they give you, it's impossible to not beat it.

My favorite is how he just placed a forge, then the quest changed from place a forge to talk to the blacksmith, but because there was no yellow paint, he didn't know where the blacksmith was.

Edit: And wagequit. The reason: The game's not a walking sim and you have WALK around GIANT bases full of HUNDREDS of enemies to actually play the game.

Unironically if he gave Factorio a proper chance he might get properly addicted to it. Unfortunately he only played it for like 10 minutes and bored quit it. You need to give it like an hour or two for the dopamine rush and its addictive qualities to fully hit.

But I don't even know if he could do it because he spends so much time glazing at fucking chat and getting distracted by dumb shit. It's also a game where you don't technically have to pay attention fully (but you'll suck if you take that approach).

Watching him play Factorio fully would be super interesting to see just how fried his brain is.

That said if hes truly planning to go visit his dying parents that have been dying for a better part of half a decade. I think he will crowd fund the trip cause i dont think he has saved for such(or anything really)

Supposedly he's been working on his tax returns at the moment, so I'm guessing once those are done (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) he'll know how much he has to pay for taxes and will have some unknown period of time to pay that amount? Does he have to pay it immediately?

Anyway, with all that has been going on as well as the obvious drop in his income post-KC we could be seeing a return of the DSP financhu crisis. I'll be very interested to see if he dares to do a black shirt emergency stream or anything similar, he's been using high pressure sales tactics to try and push people to khantribute but it seems like that shit doesn't work as well anymore.

How exactly he would do an emergency stream when everyone knows he made $50k and squandered it like 2 months ago is beyond me, but it is DSP we're talking about here.

I'm going to guess he'll try to get a whole bunch of money over his birthday stream but I'm guessing the regular old-style dents won't empty their velcro wallets like they used to, because most of them are gone.

edit: He got exceptionally lucky during COVID and other shit but people in general are penny-pinching at the moment due to cost of living increases and economic uncertainty. He's also been banning ICS/OIC/whoever for some strange reason. Very uncertain if he would even pull in like $500 or 1000 for his actual birthday at the rate things are going.

Don't spend the entire stream telling everyone you're bored and the game sucks and you want to sleep. No one finds it entertaining. Even if the game sucks, find a way to make it entertaining.

Watch someone like Jerma985 as an example. He's been playing trash games the last week and managed to actually make it fun for his much larger audience because he is likeable and has a personality.

Phil's getting really tired of Hawaii Yakuza, and there's a small part of the main story that leads into a sub story; where one of the group members starts getting lonely and wants a lady in his life. Something tells me Phil's gonna have a hard time or either just blaze through the entire part, because God forbid he hear about girls in his vidyagames; and that's if he doesn't ditch it due to low support.

It's even worse his first plan for minecraft was to just visit his old world. Luckily he didn't manage to bring his old save so he'll be forced to at least play a bit.

problem is that it'll be bedrock edition without mods and he'll probably play with his controller... so the worst version of minecraft with the worst control scheme...
