If drug companies aren’t allowed to advertise on tv (and they shouldn’t be) then that will decimate the networks. Which needs to happen.

I have no idea what happened here but if it was a legit “leak” it’s not really saying anything new tbh. Mainly that Euros are pathetic and poor.
Hell it might be EVEN BETTER if it was a true and honest leak since it means Vance has the same ideas/thoughts in private as he does out in public.

We might actually get a up and coming politician that doesn't stab his people in the back.

Publishing any classified documents regardless of acquisition is a felony and one of the secret tiers higher than felony if you actually have clearance.
I'll refer you to New York Times Co. v. United States, 403 U.S. 713 (1971), the Pentagon Papers case.

PENTAGON-2-jumbo.webp

Goldberg is a POS like his mother Lucianne Goldberg (remember her?) but he did exactly what he was supposed to. They were probably counting on it.

[EDIT: I have the wrong Goldberg, I really thought Jonah was the recipient and not Jeffery Goldberg]

Jeffrey Goldberg isn't Lucianne's son. You're thinking of Jonah Goldberg, late of National Review.

Sorta kinda true. 1st parties, those who receive the files through normal means as part of the government apparatus/jobs, can't publish even/especially if it was accidentally sent/received. A random low level government office drone receiving TOP SECRET: PLANS TO NUKE CHINA on their email can't disseminate that shit without facing the government's full irritation.

2nd parties, such as wikileaks and journalists in general, have infinitely more protection. The only time you can really stop them from publishing secret information during war has been essentially defanged since Vietnam, and doubly so during the War on Terror. Even then, the government would have to actually no bullshit declare war in order to flex any of it's legal censorial powers, and even then that might not be enough considering how broad and universal 1A rights are against the government (what they were actually designed for as well).

Since the journo wasn't a government employee with certain expectations, he can't be prosecuted. Whoever added him however certainly could be.

Oh shit you're right! I actually thought this Goldberg was Jonah Goldberg. I imagine he has wet dreams about a story like this falling into his lap.

This really should be obvious. There have been countless classified leaks reported on in just the past decade or two. The leakers are always crucified but the journalists are all but untouchable. Snowden, Reality Winner, the kid who leaked Ukraine info in his Discord, etc. Glenn Greenwald is still walking among us. You could maybe make the claim for Julian Assange being railroaded but he wasn't charged with publishing he was charged with helping smuggle out classified docs and even he's been released.

It the aspartame
In another study, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, and saccharin were all associated with heightened motivation to eat and more items selected on a food preference list [35]. Aspartame had the most pronounced effect, possibly because it does not have a bitter aftertaste.
drink diet = crave more= eat more = thirst more = weight gain.
Aspartame breaks down into three components in the body: aspartic acid, methanol, and phenylalanine. Phenylalanine is an amino acid that’s a precursor to tyrosine, which is used to produce dopamine and norepinephrine. In theory, this could indirectly influence mood-related hormones, but the amount of phenylalanine from typical aspartame consumption (e.g., a diet soda) is tiny compared to what you get from regular foods like meat, eggs, or dairy. So, it’s unlikely to have a noticeable effect on feel-good hormones.
To those that missed the context.
I was SPEAKING specifically sugar wise ...
not the caffeine...or taurine or whatever other components sodas or energy drinks have.

So the war thunder forums just need to register themselves as a journalist and it solves all their problems. Also would this apply to detailed plans for construction of a suitcase nuke?

Could NYT hold onto the plans for said nuke threatening to publish them if their demands are not met adding a new meta layer to MAD?

Just a reminder that the National Review literally defended either Necrophillia or Cannibalism (I can't remember which) all the way back in the 70s-80s-90s (too drunk to remember which decade). Controlled opposition is a hell of a drug and the drug has been flowing through right wing circles like CIA crack through a nigger ghetto so much every right winger should be able to say NIGGER free of fear. For more info I reccomend Michael Malice's book The New Right. All white people should at least be able to sing this song in public because globalism has made niggas of us all.
