I've been listening but AFK so wasn't able to OBS it. Hope somebody was. Jesse claims he's posting this as an intervention and supposedly took some bits out. Some bits I've caught:

• The call happened immediately after the rehab stint.
• Ralph starts off a bit coherent and descends into slurry city. Guessing xannies but it could be booze? Didn't hear him drinking during the call.
• Ralph talks about May's escape from Mexico. May apparently called him to tell him what and why she was doing it, so Ralph called his Mexican lawyer to have her stopped. They supposedly were like, "Well if you were he, we might do something but you're not, so good luck gringo." (Ralph was drugged out at Dick's.)
• Ralph has an anal fixation. He won't shut up about asshole. Jesse keeps trying to get Ralph to admit to eating shit, but he skirts around it. Ralph admits fucking butts and thumbing butts.
• Ralph talks about the Alice BJ (at least I think it was Alice). It's disgusting.
• Ralph fills in on the Vickers thing, but it's mostly incoherent. He sets up how Vickers was trying to sue him out of Xander's life, they called a truce, but now it's on again? Because Vickers is going against Ariana? I didn't really follow.
• Ralph's clearly missing daddy Juju. He gets really emotional talking about (and talking down about) Dick.

Ralph is claiming right now that it's not as bad as it sounded. It was mostly incoherent and disgusting. (I may have misheard some bits, I was on transit.)

I caught that part of the stream and I'm not sure calling it a fixation is accurate. My understanding, through the slurring, was that Ralph uses the South Park Steve Irwin technique because he believes women like that and it allows him to feel her climax. • Jesse
  • Jesse does not irritate me as much as I thought he would. I like his set.
  • The pretense of doing this for his own good is fake and gay.
  • His shitting on Cog made me laugh. It feels identical to how I shit on Cog.
  • Jesse says "I'm totally apolitical, except I believe you should be allowed to kill women if you want." Ralph implicitly agrees.
  • The premise of the show is that Ralph gets more fucked up over the 3 hour long call.
