It's because everyone is super cucked to monetization and the ALGORITHUM. OnlyFangs, the WoW Hardcore event huge amounts of Twitch streamers were participating in and also the place PirateSoftware exposed himself for being the rat he is has wiped in a raid that they chose to do while servers were being DDoS'd and decided that since Blizzard won't restore their characters (Blizzard has adamantly stated many times they will never restore dead characters) that they are closing up shop and quitting.
Despite saying "we're clearly being targeted" the DDOS'ing has been going on for over a week and likely has nothing to do with them.
Streamer entitlement is amazing.
