One thing that I didn't notice is that the person sitting next to Rekieta, who Rekieta looks to be deep in conversation with, is none other than Riley, who's been posting on Twitter about being at the event. I didn't even realize it was him, though I noticed the guy and thought he looked like Gator.

Just because he has the rights to the recording of the performance doesn't necessarily mean he owns the rights to the underlying performance itself and can do whatever he wishes with it. Was Riley acting as an agent at Nick's direction, simply recording with no creative input of his own? Aaron's direction? Nobody's direction? Diddler Dax's direction?
