Given that the UK judiciary routinely blocks everything from murderers to literal child rapists from being deported for the most batshit reasons one can imagine, including their autistic kid only liking British sourced chicken nuggets, I don't think the UK border force will be that bothered to go after Keffels.

Keffals doesn't have the income to be living alone elsewhere without being propped up. Although the hidden background of the camera could be disguising the location, I still believe they're in Belfast.

Edit: In regards to it being a Cattle prod: In the UK it can be illegal to have a baseball bat in your car because it could be used as a weapon, if pulled over you need to be able to show that that's not it's intended purpose (for example having baseballs etc in the car as well).
