Democrat James Malone has won the race to replace Ryan Aument (vacated seat to join U.S. Senator McCormick's office) in Pennsylvania's 36th State Senate District, a Dem +GAIN in a Trump +15 District.

As a result, the Republican majority in the PA State Senate is whittled down to 27-23 until the 2026 elections (this district is up for election then).
So basically they're doing election fraud in these State elections in hopes to try and change outcomes. Wonder how much Reid Hoffman is pouring into these races

Civ 2, and 3 mostly, had that 'one more turn' aspect that you'd be up at 8pm and say you'll quit and next thing you know it's 10am the next day. I didn't play 5 all that much, but 6 I really disliked. I was going to actually buy 7 but the reviews and all, not even going to pirate it.
5 also has the one more turn feature. I also have a lot of memories of spending way too much time in 5 building roads in other civ’s borders, which forced them to cover the cost of it. I’d also intentionally build cities on islands with no resources, give it to a civ I planned to conquer, and then make peace after they lost every other city so they were still in the game but were a bankrupt island for the rest of eternity.

A local election held in March in a Dem state with a turnout of less than the crowd size of an average Texas high school football game is literally a nothingburger. They truly have nothing else to talk about.

A cartoon quite literally nobody wanted to watch because like all of the daily wire’s original content, it has no audience outside of the “you have to watch it to own the libs” crowd.
I did a little bit of digging with DW+. They even had a Bluey children's cartoon ripoff that was hell to watch AND work for.

The issue with The Daily Wire is exactly what's wrong with liberals today. Everything they do, make or consume is entirely centered around their politics. It's basically force feeding you their way of thinking and having the gall to ask YOU to pay for it.

The age old question of what are they conserving is quite simple for them: Israel. American conservatism is merely a backdrop since it's easier to interject and blend in.

I wouldn't take Saber's word for anything. Especially with how hard he lied to slander and misrepresent freedomtoons.

Would something like The Daily Wire be called a, how you say, astroturfed conservative organization? Last I remember of The Daily Wire was a Family Guy animated ripoff featuring a woodshop teacher that makes conservative dad jokes but strangely omits any Jewish jokes unlike Family Guy or American Dad.
All I remember is that shitty trans "comedy" that basically acted as an excuse for the Daily Wire CEO to cry about how much he despises single mothers.

It's funny because with this, it's completely believable that he was making fun of the reporter for having retarded opinions and being disingenous, and not making fun of his disability.

But now that you have a Democrat blatantly making fun of a guy in a wheelchair the MSM will either ignore it or support her.
It's impossible to hate the MSM as much as they deserve.
I feel like a broken record lately saying how the dems are just incapable of seeing or critiquing anything further than what's on the surface.

Why is the dude in this video pausing so often? It’s like he recorded every sentence individually. This is one of the hardest watches I’ve ever endured.

Maybe, maybe not, but results like these are primarily a product of the GOP becoming the low-propensity party, reversing the dynamic that persisted during the Obama years. These are off-month, off-year elections that the average guy gives zero fucks about; it makes sense that the high-propensity party (Democrats) would overperform and, in this case, flip the seat.
The reason why I highlight this and the race in Iowa is that there is a Wisconsin Supreme Court race next week to replace the retiring liberal justice and determine control of the Court, and this really important race falls into this category. Now, the GOP does have a few advantages in this race compared to these other ones, namely:
  • ... that it is a high-profile race, meaning higher turnout
  • ... that the race has received outside attention ( :trump: endorsed the conservative Schmiel in the race and Elon's PAC is throwing money around too, although the liberal Crawford has received money from Pritzker and Soros)
  • ... that get-out-the-vote efforts are underway to bank early vote that may not have shown up otherwise.
but Schmiel (conservative) is still the underdog in the race due to the high-propensity nature of Democrats and the Dane/Milwaukee machines.

Yea he’s pretty well to do. $178k/year from his senator salary and $800k from his book royalties and publishings.

I can’t really find any one solid source but they all float around $3-5 million total net worth. That old be impressive but then again the dude is 83.
Hes been making 170k for 35 years, not including mayor pay and book royalties, this nigga has been rich for almost a majority of his life at this point. Top 10% of Americans. And that's not factoring in basic shit like saving SSI and other shit. He should be at 10 million net worth even if he just saved a standard amount starting with his first year in Congress.

Honestly Bernie has been super rich for an obscene amount of time.

Let me find a better one.

I don't know why animation centric channels are autistic.
>adults obsessed with analyzing children’s media
>don’t know why they’re so autistic

What’s funny is that, as someone who has worked in that actual industry, it’s far less autistic and a lot of these people are laughed at. The most autistic moment I had in my time in that world was being at a table discussing Chris Chan’s arrest

Heavy-handed messaging in media doesn't always result in the best propaganda. Sometimes a more subtle touch is needed to get your point across. If this isn't done there is a good chance the only people who will be interested in the project are already true believers or be met with mockery.

I would think a modern example would be either Fallout: New Vegas or Bioshock. I don't get it, but I can try.

Interesting, but I still wonder about that. My great grandma grew up through the depression and WW2 and she used to keep a can of Spam in her pantry at all times. Never to eat. It was just there to remind her of the trauma of having to eat it through that time. The one time I asked her about it she retold the story of what it was like to eat spam and actually cried. I’ve never touched spam as a result
Spam is uttery gnarly unless fried, then its mostly OK. HTH.
I'm glad your Gran never went to Hawaii.
